Hey on teh Fsquats I still do the arms crossed and hands on top of the barbell, any better way? It feels decently comfortable, which I guess just takes getting used to.

I do them that way too, but I know a lot of people, Tony for one, who do them Olympic style because apparently you get better control of the bar and improved balance
 
clean/oly grip if your wrists are flexible, or you can try the sting or manta ray whichever one it is, i pansied out and got one when my right shoulder was messed up and I didnt wanna put the bar right on my shoulder, it helps for stabilization a bit, but takes getting used to
 
I haven't really had too much of a chance to post, I was getting the little one's halloween costume ready in my free time. He's superman, a boy after my heart lol..
 
I do the Olympic style up until the mid-200s and then I move to what is similar to the cross-arm style but with my arms more in an L shape with palms facing my face. They do take time getting used to...specially on heavier weights when the bar feels like it's choking you.

I've been slackin on keepin this up2date, but I've been in the gym as scheduled. I'm enjoying the bulking, and the diet that goes with it :D

Tonight is an upperpush, and I'll also be putting in my pre-hab work on my RCs because I think they're getting tight as the pain from my impingement is back. And I finally convinced my gf to let me keep a tire in her back yard (evo & karky get your mind out of the gutter lol) so hopefully I'll incorporate some flips into my otherwise plain schedule.

ha1..my mind stays in the gutter. Okay, seriously...what size tire is it? Is it a car size one for throwing and flipping or a tractor size one? Tractor tire flipping can make really awesome cardio work.

It's a tractor size one, I can get inch measurements if you want. I dunno about cardio, this thing is F'n heavy..


EDIT** one more side note: I argued with a buddy of mine about being 5'9", he said no because he's 5'10" and I'm decently shorter. Long story short, I'm 5'8" flat lol..

No offence intended but how come you suck so bad on Front squats when you can back squat 500lbs? Is it a balance thing?

Well done with the 500lb squat though, that's pretty awsome, you should add it to the squat chart
 
I never front squat. I really drive with my glutes, and have the movement down for back squats. It's really akward to do it with the bar in front of my face..

Extremely good actually. Yesterday I dislocated 2 fingers so I'll be using straps for ALL pulling, but that's not that big of a deal. I found a perfect caloric intake where I'm gaining muscle and losing fat at a good rate.
 
Is that you in the avatar Mreik? What did you do with your biceps? Had to cut it off due to roid usage? :p

We want to see some pics, man! And you should start logging your training here again!
 
Yeah that was a few days out from my comp months back.. Bicep isolation has been taken down a notch to keep proportions :)

My time on here is constrained so my logging is too..

that is very funny. i have been 5'9 and a half since i can remember. then i am at the gym with G8r80 and now i am 5'8 and a lil bit! just a bit taller than you Mreik! ;)

There is "always" time when one gives it. Dont give us excuses. You have 5 minutes to give for this log from time to time and regularly: I dont want you crying about it :) :)
