LOL I meant I drank the gallon of milk under 30 min (typo before).. There's a myth that it's physically impossible, nope. Teh workout took like 1.5 hours lol.
 
well obviously, the same thing goes for drinking a gallon of milk in under an hour. Your CNS will start to eat your brain shortly..

Don't you just hate it when you forget your notepad/book? That reminds me, I was suppose to buy another notebook at the school book shop today, since there's no more room in my current one, but I forgot.. bugger.

My quads still feel like I was shot with a 12 gauge.. so I'll prob start front squatting more. That and because evo humiliates me in that lift.

On a side note, between CEE, beta alinine, and CoQ10 I've swollen up.. Not really stronger, but something is helping.
 
Tonight upper push again because my legs are still crying so I couldn't dead. Deads tomorrow! (upper pull)

I'll post the workout later or tomorrow.

lol...get used to that in a way if you start front squatting on a regular basis. Then we'll move you onto zercher squats. I know you love your middle rep stuff, but you might try working up to some heavy triples on the front squat, that'll make medium rep work easier. You fear greatness. Embrace the choke of the heavy front squat.

Hmmm...I've never noticed any size gains from CoQ10. I take it for my heart, and I really like the supplement. What's your opinion so far on the beta alinine?
 
It's hard to tell because I started all 3 at the same time.. And the only one I've taken before is Cmonohydrate.

I've read a few studies where CoQ10 helped with things far beyond the heart, so I wanted to include it. Even though I can't speak exactly for myself, I think all of the studies I've read have shown beta alinine to be the next creatinel; except in the 7-12 rep range. The CEE tastes like cat piss but again, everything says it's great.



Hey on teh Fsquats I still do the arms crossed and hands on top of the barbell, any better way? It feels decently comfortable, which I guess just takes getting used to.
