We need more photos, judging by just your arm I think you'd be a great example to everyone of the difference bf% can make to the appearance of size. You're not that heavy but you look huge

Yeah I know, don't tell that to the 'daily reccomended value' people! lol.. The photos will come, I need to put on some mass and lean out again before I'll feel confident to put 'em up. But they're coming!

That'd be sick! We def should, what weight class would you shoot for? Heavies? Superheavies?
 
Keep up the PUMP, pretty motivational to see a guy like you that needed a reality check to get back at it. I try to keep my reality checks to a minimum but when they come they are appreciated.

Damn, you're repping at my target max amount. Is your max now higher than the 455 you've posted on the deadlift chart?
 
Well the ## in the DL chart was with no straps, and my grip is my weak point. Straps really allow my back to do the lifting..
 
I got a bit of a stomach virus (hence why I threw up), but didn't know it until the next day when I was still throwing up.. Good news: I can stay at that intensity; Bad news: I couldn't even keep ~1k calories down yesterday. I lifted anyway :/

So inbetween the cables (like chest flyes) you grab the right cable with your left arm, and left cable with your right arm. bring your arms back to their side, and the humerus should be horizontally level, and in plane with your torso (and stay there). then press out, keeping your upper arm still.. kinda make sense?

Me do a multi-plane movement?! pshhh! lol, nope I sit and push it off a rack.. One day when I plateau I'll get into oly lifts, I know they work great for almost everyone.
