Good day with the weights today, back and biceps:
3 sets rows, 2 sets wide grip lat pulldowns, 3 sets close grip lat pulldowns
3 sets barbell curls straight bar, 3 sets dumbbell rotating curls
Cardio:
After yesterdays first ever brick for me at a sprint tri distance I decided to take it easy. I walked for 25 minutes at a 4mph pace.
Diet: CLEAN
Divorce: Sat the kids down and told them what was going on. They weren't really surprised, overly upset or anything. The youngest was more concerned that his "gamer profile" wouldn't be transportable from one place to the other. Once this was solved he was good with everything. Lifes much easier now that they know.
