Water weight is great stuff to lose, if only because the things you do to get rid of it are usually the same things that make you feel more energized.
 
I'm still on track with the diet. I squeezed into my biggest pair of 34 waist Jean's yesterday. They aren't ready to wear. But they haven't buttoned and zipped for many moons. Yesterday was day 180 of the runstreak with a sweaty 1.5 miles.

Work is making me bonkers!

Hm. Looking for a silver lining here. I saw a show about a (British) guy going in for weightloss surgery the other day and he was telling his wife he´d soon be a "bonking machine". English is not my first language so I am sure you mean something of the sort...

Not much to report. I'm still liking the dietary change. I'm still losing but not weighing. The runs are feeling better except for the heat.

Hi Chef! I haven't been doing well with my diet lately. I am still running. Today is day 256 of the streak.

I'm starting better eating habits today. I plan to up my running effort as the weight starts to come down. I'll try to show up here regularly.

Not much to report. I'm doing alright with the diet. I'm eating gb vegan and focusing on eliminating sodium for my blood pressure. I haven't upped my running yet.

Hello! I've been away so long. I'm trying to get back on track. For those of you who remember I'm still running every day. For those of you who don't know me or forgot about me, I run at least a mile every day. Today was my day 676. My record is 755 so 80 days until a new streak record. I've regained a lot of my weight from my low in 2015 of 245 up to 320s I imagine. I'm on the wagon because when I drink I eat everything. I'm trying to make a habit of being here, but Ihave sucked at keeping at it in recent years. On all fronts, I'm trying!
