From alpha testing to the QUERCUS 200

Absolutely LaMa!

So I ran harder and faster than the minimum, road my bike a bit, didn't eat after dinner, and got a good start on carving a large cooking spoon last night

292.2 this morning and feeling pretty good.

Sounds good on all fronts! Glad to hear it.

Thank you LaMa, Cory, and Cate! :grouphug:

291.6 this morning. I had to work last night so I didn't do extra on the exercise front. Food was just okay. I did spend a little ime working on the serving spoon and reading.

Found something that might suit you. The guy´s a bit annoying sometimes trying to sell his own products but the recipes are fun:

Thanks Cate! It's been a bit on and off since my last post.

Thanks LaMa! I don't like ketchup, but I'll poke around his other recipes. I've left the spoon for now as I made a cup and a nife handle this weekend. With green wood it's best to rough cut, slow dry, and then finish so each piece takes a while.

I biked 2.5 miles and ran a mile yesterday. I spent a lot of the rest of the day sawing and hauling wood. My legs and rear are sore today.
I ate well Saturday and Sunday, but Friday was bad. Consequently, I'm still bouncing around in the low 290s.

I'll take a look LaMa, thanks.

I've been slammed still and I've not been good with food or in increasing my exercise this week. I'm counting calories today and I rode my bike after my mile run yesterday. I don't think I'll worry about the scale until I have strung a few good days together.

I have cut out buying processed foods almost entirely. I had a good week last week. Yesterday was a bad food day, but a really good day for exercise. I'm not on the scale, but I'm working.

Sounds like some steps in the right direction Q. Same here.....baby steps xo
