December 8 - 255 (+/- 0). OK I was a bit frustrated and didn't want to post since I was on the third week of plateau. Thanks to Monster, I'm owning up to it ;) I was a bit naughty and weight myself last night and I lost 3 pounds between between monday and tuesday. But we'll see. Hopefully it will stay off until next week

I did notice a lot people didn't post their 2nd week weight! LET'S GO PEOPLE!

That's kind of weird,..... no one usually has a complete stand still of weight. Mine varies about 2 lbs in any given week. Are you sure someone didn't use a magic marker on your scale readout? :D

D: Guys, no matter how bad things seem, don't give in! And even if you do, don't use it as an excuse to keep giving in...suck it up and keep working and moving forward because then you'll look back and say, "AUuUGHHH, what was I thinking!?" And it all could have been avoided. :D

I'm totally with you Beckie. I was so close to quitting after three weeks of no progress. Thankfully my good internet buddies were here to keep me focused ;)

Couldn't tell you what happened this week. Between things picking up at work and getting a flu, I have not been a good girl. Could not get to the gym because the weather is so cold, anyway enough with the excuses. Was not going to post but figured why not. I better do better this week, because next week is Christmas, so Heaven help me then.;)
