After losing nothing in November I'm trying to get back on the bandwagon for December.

I really wanted to be down to 140lbs by the end of this year, but seeing as that's unlikely to happen I'll settle for getting down to the weight I was this time last year -145lbs.

the stone to pounds calculater i use doesnt work properly so i`ve changed my weight to in stones becuase thats what my scales work in.

Sorry that I'm a bit late to the game, but I'd also like to join up if I can :) I also weigh in on Friday's, so final weigh in will be December 31! Eep!

Goal is 129.9kg (286lb), so a loss of 3kg.
 
oh good god! i weighed myself today and found i had gained 20 pounds, and i already needed to lose like 70!!! :ack2: so i'm a little late but i'm in. am i supposed to pick a goal weight now, how do these things work? i'm at 257 now, just so we know where i started. (i'm supposed to do that right? i know, noobs are sooo clueless...)
i'm gonna try to lose 10 pounds... thats kinda a lot for 3 weeks i think, especially when i'm just starting but we'll see how it goes...

I'm already done with this. My brother wanted me to help him in loosing his weight. So we both worked hard together. I decided a proper nutritious diet for him, exercises. He has lost approximately 10kg & burnt a lot of fat. And finally he has his new look for this Christmas.

Do whatever you're comfortable with! Be realistic. Don't kill yourself. Even if you only lose 5 lbs or zero pound at least you're not gaining weight.

Yeah sure, jump right on in. just start one week down :)

its not about racing others or beating anyone. just setting your own goal and trying to match it.

And to sarahfina, just like above stated, its not a contest, its support, so join in, and dont ever get disheartened, every pound lost is a cause for celebration, heck, sometimes you need to celebrate the fact that you DID NOT GAIN any weight.

I'll continue to use my Mondays weight. I don't want to weigh myself every few days. It fluctuates to much when I weigh my self more than once weekly.

It's really not easy fighting the tempting foods. I can eat well during the day but the night is a write off. Going to work tonight want a nice piece of chicken with veg and a roll but I've already got the club wrap on the brain....ugh.
