Hi everyone, I hope I am not stepping on anyone's toes by doing this.:newangel: Since tomorrow is the first of December, and no one has started the December Challenge, because I really need to do this I have decided to start the thread.
Again I apologize if I am out of bounds.

Using the previous formats, here goes:

Injury and surgery and general laxness has seen me regain a good 50lb ! not cool!

Dec 1 : 101kg (222lb) (im in NZ, we get Dec 1 early!)
8 December - 97.9kg (215lb) - scales dipped to 97.5kg but best of 3 won out :/
15 December - 96.8 (213lb)
22 December - 95.6 (210.7 lbs)
31 December - 95.3 (210.1 lb)

Total Loss so far: 12lb

I'm being less ambitious this time around since i got LOL-WTF-OWNED in the last challenge and came 9 lbs short of my goal. Plus I'm going to my Mom's over winter break so let's see what happen.

Oh and transparent, don't worry. There is no designated person who sets up challenges its just whoever has the initiative from what I've seen.

Goal 150 - I'm hoping to have a good weigh-in next week since the past two weeks have been really sad. I can't imagine I will lose between Dec. 22 - 29 because I have a lot of dinners planned and the gym is closed most days. I'll do my best though!

I need a new battery for my scale, so I hope no one will mind if I jump in a bit late. I think a challenge is exactly the sort of thing that will help me.

Dec 12: 289.4 - YAY!!!! dropped below 290!!!
goal for the 15th: 288
Dec 15: 290.4 Well..... I'm happy with this. Slow and steady wins the race, right?
Dec 22: 287.4 -8 lbs so far. Not too bad.

Hello all,

I am in.

I am a new member of this forum and hoping to take tips from all of you. I have never done dieting or exercising before, so I am taking it slow now. One step at a time.

Stats:

Dec 1: 117 lbs
Dec 8:

Dec 31: goal: 114 lbs:hurray:
 
Dunno about you guys, i have no goal other than to just stick with it. I'll get there when i get there!
