Soon, meaning the next 3 weeks or so, im gonna work up to a 1RM. Im gonna go for a 407lbs lift.

Whether i do it or not i dunno, whether my back snaps i dunno :)

That is quite strong actually, iv lifted 308 once, i could do multiple reps with it but my back didnt feel good, i think my form was poor, but iv improved it since then!

I think someone should go for a 500+ lift. Apart from Georgeon, i dont think iv heard of any of you pussies with a lift like that.

that's really strong dude! What are your other lifts at?

I dident think it was but when i did it in SLR (sports lifestyle and recreation) everyone stopped and was like holy ****.

My bench is at 50 kg for 15-12 reps then 12-10 reps then 10-8 reps my chest is one of my weak points i think.

what about your squat? Your bench is really low compared to your deadlift. Though it could just be that you're a natural deadlifter.

then it's really weird that your dead is that high, but oh well, sometimes weird things happen :p You're sure you did everything right? counting the weight on the bar and all? :D :p

yeah, but you need strong hams and glutes too.. that's why I think it's weird your squat isn't higher. But like I said, could be a freak thing :D

Well been working out for a couple weeks now, so figure I would try this. Just to see how much of a wimp I am. It is amazing how much heavier the bar feels when you just and a 10 on each side! :|
