18 y/o bodybulider 175 lbs conventional pull 450x1 I see alot of low numbers on here. No excuse. Deadlifting is in your head. You should puke after you let the weight down. If you dont puke....stop being a **** and lift heavier... hell I have the highest coefficient on here (2.57).
