Deadlift Chart

1003 lbs.. that's a lot of weight :D
 
Anyway i need to participate in this, i really have no idea what my max lift would be. So either this weekend or next ima post it :) Im guessing it may be near the mid 300's but i dont know iv never gone near my max.

I can rep out 235lbs no problem so well see...

This was to complete the Deadlift challenge. Went up those fifty pounds in threeish months, with a very shaky workout schedule.
 
Im thinking of going for a straight 405lb lift, i did a 315lb lift easy enough. Im just scared to hurt myself. Think ill start with the 4 plates on each side (405) and if i cant lift it, slowly creep the weight down.

C'MON TOM YOU CAN DO IT !!!!!!!! GRRRRRRRRRRR ROAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!
 
Yea im wanting to, just so i can prove :)

Im not sure if ill get 405 up, thats because i have no idea what my max maybe. Hope i can tho :):):):):):) All i have is my video on my phone, ill see what i can do !
 
being for England i cant work these out - is this in pounds ?

I deadlifted 260kg's @ 107kg , i think thats 572lb's and i weighted about 236lb ?

anyhoo, not much chance of me lifting that now as i have ditched powerlifting for strength/conditioning
 
Nice, 200kg hmmmm is that a 405lb lift.

I still need to get mine down.
