Omg...you would love shopping with my mom and sisters then. i think I get my anti-underwear shopping from my dad...my shopping personality if pretty much like his. *shakes head sadly* We both see my mom and sister heading for the undies department and we high tail it out.
Nope...yesterday was my first time trying special k. I really, really like it. AND I found the splenda. HUZZAH. I think I'm going to make some 0 calorie lemonade later...I think it's one cup of splenda, one cup of lemon juice, and 2 quarts of water. I think. anyways, when made right, it is SO good. It's so delicious. And no calories! Hee.
Okay, today I've been doing REALLY good with fat intake. It's VERY low. Now, carbs on the other hand...it's driving me nuts. Since I've started using Fitday, I've become more aware of how carbs, fat, and protien work in the diet. I think I had ONE day this week when my carbs, fat, and protein were nearly perfectly balanced(percentage wise), another day when my protien was higher than both fat and carbs, and another day when fat was very high...but today fat is VERY low, and carbs are VERY high, and it's annoying me. I know how to raise my protien (egg whites) but I'm not sure how to lower my carb intake...and that's very depressing since fruits are very high in carbs...I keep telling myself 'just count the calories! It's fine!' but the more and more I use Fitday, the more and more I realize how important the rest is!
Okay *deep breath* I plan on doing a lot of cleaning today...and maybe some tae bo, too! Work! Work! Work!
I would consider washing the car...but it's too bloody cold out! Another cold front came down and it's in the high 60's. BRR! Hee, come on temperature! keep on dropping! you can do it! yeah baby! [/tony little] *laughs*
Anyways, for breakfast I had a bowl of special k with less than an ounce of raisins and about a cup of canned peaches (no fat..high carbs...*dies* I guess we can't have both!) Um...no snack...I took a nap instead
Lunch is going to be a cup of fluffy white rice with some peas and corn!
