Hope your all going well over the weekend. I am hoping my plan arrives tomorrow so i can start. I was lucky enough to get a vague idea of what to do so am starting tomorrow regardless ... i am weird about starting stuff on Mondays. I have this great recipie that my mum made on weekend that she was telling me about ... you place your egg allowance and vegetable allowance in a zip lock bag (the ones you put sandwhiches in) and get pot of boiling water going on the stove, kinda mush up the bits in the bag (shake it etc) and then place in the bag in the boiling water for about 8 mins or whenever it looks cooked inside the bag and whola you have a lovely yummy fluffy omlette with no fat or mess - hope that all makes sense!!
I am chasing a recipie for a chilli chicken type dish - any help would be great.
