Started Cohen's Program Today!
Hello! My name is BB and I am new to the Cohen's program, in fact, I started today, September 1, 2006.
Although, extremely motivated and excited, I have to admit that I am a bit nervous about the precision required while on the diet. Thus, I have many questions....so, please bare with me
I just completed with Day 1 of the diet, and I have a question regarding approved fruit intake. I’ve been following my meal plan carefully, and have been incorporating the optional fruit in-between meals; I’m allowed three. Nectarines are in season in California, thus it is my fruit of choice. The only issue is that when weighed, each nectarine is ~220+ grams. Given the weight, is it still appropriate to eat 3 or even one per day? I’ve eaten two today Any insight you may have on this subject will be most helpful.
Also, am I setting myself up for failure by eating my last two meals only 3 hours apart? I read on a previous post that one must wait 5 hours between meals. Is that info accurate?
Lastly, like most women I am on a combination BCP. Do any of you ladies have insight regarding the following items:
Alright, sorry to pepper y'all with questions. I would appreciate any insight / advice.
Regards,
BB

- Will changing my diet and rapid weight loss impact the pills effectiveness?
- Conversely, will being on the pill inhibit rapid and consistent weight loss?
Alright, sorry to pepper y'all with questions. I would appreciate any insight / advice.
