Club 200 Plus

Lost 1 pound since I last posted. Not going to lie, I know it hasn't been a week yet, but I'm slightly disappointed. At least I didn't gain a pound.

I'm with you cat man, Christmas goodies (like my boyfriend's mother's AMAZING cookies) are totally off limits.

1 lb is great for not even a week!

I'm looking forward to the Christmas goodies. Mincemeat pies, trifle, roast lamb, gravy, potatoes, kumara... mmm :) I think the key for me is just picking one or two days to indulge a bit, then back to it.

Down to 243.4 lbs. That's a total of 261.4 lbs lost :)

OMG I think I'm actually going to make it out of this club :eek: I know that this is only my first week of diet/exercising and that you usually lose alot in the first week or so due to water weight and such so I won't be losing this much this fast for long but to see my numbers go down each day is so exciting!! I can't remember the last time I was even under 210...a few more days and I'll be there then not long from then I'll be under 200!! WOOHOOOO!!!!!!!!
 
Hi, I'm knew here, but have been trying to lose weight for a very long time! I just had a baby a month ago and it is time to get the weight off and keep it off! I was doing good until a week ago and now my weight is staying the same. I hope to exercise more and stop eating so much. It's nice to have this board for people that are in the same boat!

well... to all you guys,

here's a tips how to lose some weight. Fast( i Think)

1) taking diets pill
2)workout every single day at least 2o minute per day. (*cardio*jogging)
3) Feel positive

--eat's A GOOD FOOD---

taking diet pills is just not enough. you know why? you don't want to look skinny when you lose you weight. you want to look fit and healthy. doing some exercise might can build you the muscle. Feel always motivate by positive thinking that you want to lose weight so you can achieve your "Wow good looking body"

thnx im with you too,your very pretty aswell in your pic, 219.0 today im pleased from 256 a couple of months ago,think i will be stuck in the teens for xmas though although when you consider a lot of people around you will be putting on heavy amounts of weight as your taking it off,well let them eat cake!

You've lost a lot of weight, how long have you been doing this?
I'm counting on spending Christmas with lots of little kids, so I'm going to be running around a lot, while everyone else sits down and eats. Plus, my boyfriend will be there, which is good because he loves to pick off my plate!

Anyway, I ended up losing 2 pounds last week, which I'm alright with, because in truth, I didn't exercise much, and you're right, "Fat Lazy Guy", 1 lb. is pretty good for four days. I was with my student doing some intense work on a monologue after work most afternoons, so the time just kind of slipped by. This week I've been fitting in more workouts for a longer amount of time, so I should see a bigger difference.

The guy my boyfriend bought him from was kind of underhanded with how he was selling puppies he was suppose to be holding for people so he didn't want to risk anything and brought him home before christmas eve. He's adorable but it threw off my routine last week. Ate pretty badly and not going to the gym, the scale is reading 2+ lbs so this week I need to get back on track. I wanted to be below 190 for christmas, maybe its not too late.

I started last year in March. So it's coming up on two years. Just learning about myself, eating sensibly, and exercising.

He's adorable but it threw off my routine last week. Ate pretty badly and not going to the gym, the scale is reading 2+ lbs so this week I need to get back on track. I wanted to be below 190 for christmas, maybe its not too late.
A puppy! Sorry it's thrown off your schedule. But when it grows up you'll be able to take it for walks! Exercise!
 
Well, Congratulations! That's huge!

It was chocolate cake. Chocolate on the inside, chocolate on the outside. I felt terrible.

Anyway, I vowed not to weigh myself every day anymore. So I have no idea what it did to me, but I'm just going to keep going as usual. In fact, I did something that is probably not advisable, but I don't care. I bought a dress in a size 4 (I'm about a 22 now), which is where I want to be by September 2010 (my birthday) and I hung it on the back of my bedroom door. It helped, because I got home at 3 last night and desperately wanted to dig into the leftover cake, but I saw it hanging there (and realized it is 10 sizes too small for me right now) drank water and went to sleep instead.

Finally, I have set my goals and posted them up on my wall. I'll share them here, too.
I am 265 pounds exactly. I want to weight 105 pounds. (Need to lose 160 pounds)
My measurements are 51-42-53, I want to be 32-22-33. (About 20 in. off each)
I can run 1/4 of a mile without stopping in 3 minutes, I want to be able to run 5 miles without stopping in 45 minutes.
My BMI is 48.5 (obese), I want it to be 19.2 (within normal range).
I am 5 feet, 2.5 inches.
 
P.S. I don't know if anyone has posted about Hungry Girl yet or not, but I have to!

I picked up the Hungry Girl Cookbook today and had signed up for their newsletter about a week ago, and this morning they sent a really good recipe for corn muffins, so I decided to make them on a whim. They are humongous and only 150 calories each! They're so good, they make me want to strangle a kitten! The rest of their recipes look delicious, too, and they're all low calorie and pretty simple to make.
It's worth checking them out.
 
Hi, I'm starting out again, at 97.5 kgs (213 lbs). Aiming for 58 kgs, or 127 lbs, to be achieved by December 2010! I will not be fat for life!
 
Better than starting in the 300s again!

I had a good few weeks over the holidays. Drank too much, ate too much, and didn't gain at all :D Thank you exercise!

I'm now just about 15 lbs from my goal of 220 lbs.
