Club 200 Plus

Very near leaving this club! I was 201.5 the other day, unfortunately I am due on my 'lady time' on Saturday so I am up to 205. Stupid body, but hopefully when I weigh in next week I will be under 200! Fingers crossed!

Hello 200+ club I'm VERY GLAD to be here!!!!!!!!!

I just weighed in this morning at 298.2 which means I just left the 300+ club!
woohoo!!!!

My journey started at 375 pounds and I'm just chugging along, one day at a time.

Hi I'm new to the Forum and saw your club and would love to join. Today I sit at 271 lbs. And while I have much work to do I started at 351 back in June so i am very proud of where I am today, and look forward to completing what I started. It's a pleasure to be part of this forum and your club...

Hey,

I have a lot of family members that I need to tell about this group. It seems like no matter what they do, they just can't get to where they want to be. My sister has recently tried a new program and apparently it worked better than most things have. Here's the link:

I know it's a tough battle, but remember, "Our greatest glory is not in never falling down, but it getting back up every time we do." Good luck everyone, keep up the good work.

Welcome to all the new members! For those trying to get out, I hope you don't stay here long :) For those, like me, who plan to stay here a while, I hope we achieve our goals in the coming year :)

Down to 251.1 lbs

2 kilos a weeek!?!?! Boys! Good job and keep up the work!

Only 1.5 this past week :p

Being an Aussie the whole pound to kg thing is a little confusing. All I know is my scale reads at 100.9 right now, and if I can fall into the nineties by this weekend I'll be over the frickin' moon!

I literally can't remember the last time I was in double digits >.<

Man, I had some issues with my password and haven't been able to log on recently. I gained like 5 lbs back over Thanksgiving and whatnot but am back down to 198.8, so exactly where I left off. I've been eating mostly raw foods for almost a week now and its amazing. I'm getting rid of all the desires I have for processed/fast food, and I'm losing weight easier. I definitely recommend it if even just for a little while.

Whats everyone having the hardest time with this time of the year?

I was 200lbs when I was 12 years old. I'll never forget that day. It was a family picnic at the factory my dad works at. During a tour, he stepped on the industrial scale -- 196lbs. I hopped on, 200lbs even.

I've been 200+ since. I'll never be under 200 so you can just say I'll be a lifetime member of this club.

Gah, so close to being under 200 for the first time in maybe 2-3 years. I'm 14, by the way. I've been at 205-215 for the longest time. D:

I'm about 201 right now...hoping to get to 198 by christmas.

Nice job! I love me some hot food, so a raw diet isn't for me :)

I haven't really been having much trouble with anything. No Thanksgiving over here. I did cook up some jambalaya, and sweet potato pie (with ice cream) the other night. Delicious! Washed down with a few beers with the mates. Then the next day I had a burger, fries, and a few pakora, and some chocolates. And still recorded a loss :)

don't want to be a lifer of this club or the 150's but meatballs in ragu on bread added 4 lbs just took it off,226 today

Hey everyone! My name is Lisa, and I'm 19! I'm an old/new member! Haha!

I tried starting about two years ago and quickly had to put weight loss on hold. In the same year my uncle, my friend, and a pet of mine died. Of course, I broke down. I had senior year coming up and all this crazy sh*t was happening in my life, so I decided to take the time I needed to make it all work. The last time I was on here, I was 230 pounds. I have now gained 37 pounds!

If I took the time to tell you what led me to gain 127 lbs. in four years, I would write a book. It's a combination of surgery, an abusive mother, several eating disorders, and a deep depression. Needless to say, I've been through a lot, but I'm in a really good place now. I'm right where I need to be to start doing this, and that's what's important!

I picked up The Biggest Loser book a few weeks ago and read it thoroughly. I'm going to be following their eating and fitness plan. My ultimate goal is to lose 147 pounds.

If that's not enough of an introduction... I'm a college student and an actress. I spend a lot of my time acting, writing, teaching (I teach acting), reading, studying, and hanging out with my boyfriend and friends. I'm a really picky eater. My boyfriend and I have been together since we were 14. :) I'm kind of a hard-ass when it comes to work and school; I teach my students to let go of everything, and give it all (which is exactly what I need to do right now).

I want to meet people who are on the same path! Tell me about yourself!

There is no 190's club so I'm gonna hang in here until I get out of this one, and from the way its been going so far, it'll prob take a little bit haha.

Damn my boyfriend and his thoughtfulness and buying me chocolate!!

Hello everyone...
I guess I'm in this club. Of course I don't want to be here but hope to stick around and get pumped about leaving and moving on to the clubs below 200.

I"m now about 223 ish and lost 2lbs since finding this site 2 weeks ago!

Almost 2 more lbs, and its even the time when I'm suppose to be retaining water!! I hope to be out of the 190's by christmas. Thats only 6 lbs in 13 days, I think I can do it if I stick to my healthy eating and gym plan.

Hello to everyone who has just joined the 200's! Fantastic job! I know it seems like a very long road, just think of it in mini goals instead of 1 big overall goal. It really does keep you motivated.

Keep it up everyone! Remember, Christmas goodies aren't off limits, just make sure you don't over indulge! :)
