Hey everyone! My name is Lisa, and I'm 19! I'm an old/new member! Haha!
I tried starting about two years ago and quickly had to put weight loss on hold. In the same year my uncle, my friend, and a pet of mine died. Of course, I broke down. I had senior year coming up and all this crazy sh*t was happening in my life, so I decided to take the time I needed to make it all work. The last time I was on here, I was 230 pounds. I have now gained 37 pounds!
If I took the time to tell you what led me to gain 127 lbs. in four years, I would write a book. It's a combination of surgery, an abusive mother, several eating disorders, and a deep depression. Needless to say, I've been through a lot, but I'm in a really good place now. I'm right where I need to be to start doing this, and that's what's important!
I picked up The Biggest Loser book a few weeks ago and read it thoroughly. I'm going to be following their eating and fitness plan. My ultimate goal is to lose 147 pounds.
If that's not enough of an introduction... I'm a college student and an actress. I spend a lot of my time acting, writing, teaching (I teach acting), reading, studying, and hanging out with my boyfriend and friends. I'm a really picky eater. My boyfriend and I have been together since we were 14.
I'm kind of a hard-ass when it comes to work and school; I teach my students to let go of everything, and give it all (which is exactly what I need to do right now).
