Club 170s

Down, down, down... hooray for the three-day challenge! :hurray:

I'm at 174½ right now... and planning to slowly make my way down, down, down... into the 160s. If you get there before I do, save me a seat!

I'm at the same weight as you exactly actually haha

I was a bit too "excited" and weighed myself at 3 am that's why, I'm actually a pound lighter :)

174.6

We didn't ever get around to declaring a Fruit of the Month for February - would it be too much of a cheat if I declared it to be the entire citrus family?
I know we've had oranges before, but today at breakfast time I had the choice between oranges, grapefruit and mandarin, and I thought "Well, that whole family is pretty terrific!" But then I also have two beautiful mangoes... (thinking hard)

I'm still wavering around the 173 - 174 mark, which is a trifle disappointing. How's it going for the rest of the 170s Club?

here you go... i should be oscillating around 170 for a few weeks yet. the 169.5 i saw a few days ago was just the first sign of getting back into the 160's... shortbread is now long gone and i don't think i'll be buying another bottle of Bailey's for another 10 months or more. unfortunately i did run out of coffee this morning, so i walked over to the bagle store and now there are a dozen in the fridge & freezer. oh well...

Oh, Nelly! I'm sorry you're back up a little bit - but you really can do this! I've just looked at your starting weight, and you've come so far - 43 pounds!
Okay, deep breath, and we'll both really, really try to get down... one pound by Monday? ie another three-day challenge. Will you join me in it? :)

I'll try ^
Already back at 176!
Need to lose 2 more pounds to get back to pre binge.

Or at any rate, I hope so. Here it is, Saturday almost over, and I'm not at all sure that the three-day challenge is going well for me. Go, Nelly - leading the way! :)

Hey, Flyer! Good to see you - and I'll see you over in your more usual haunts sometime not too far in the future, I hope!

So... a report on the three-day challenge. I was hoping to get to 172 - but woe! I haven't! :frown:
Ah, but I did weigh in this morning at 172½ and I have recently been talking with @liza about how half a pound a week is a good sustainable loss, so... I'm happy enough with that.
