I've been trying to stay focused. Been in the mid to upper 170's for the most part of the last 4 months. I've been doing great during the week but falter on the weekend, especially if I have a couple of beers or glasses of wine... my determination just goes out the window when I get a little buzz! Chips, fried crap, desserts... anything I've been giving up. 179 this morning and I had a lot of seafood over the weekend, so I know that means a lot of salt and water retention. Been as low as 174.6 a few weeks ago. Just trying to stay on track and work off a little bit of love handle. I think 165 will do it for the most part. I'm 5'10" and 40 years old and I'm at my lowest weight since probably sophomore year of high school. Thrilled to be in the 170's after being 250+, but ready to finally see my abs. Low carb is my religion and elliptical is my cardio of choice. Just started doing weights again after several months off... sore chest and arms today!
