I'm joining- I've been in the 170s for ever.. trying to work my way down. I was at 179 on Sunday. Today I'm at 178. I'd like to be at 176.5 by this upcoming Sunday, but its doubtful- I've not been able to work out since I'm really sick with a nasty respiratory infection. So, when I'm able to get back to it, hopefully next week, I'm hitting the gym hard. Hopefully I'll see 175 by March 1, and then to 171.5 by March 8 to get me back on my goal schedule. If I stay on schedule I should be in the 160s by 3/16... Keeping my fingers crossed!!
