Club 170s

Today: 174.5

Inches Lost: 1 in. off mid-section! - 1 1/2 in. of waist!!! 1 1/2 in. off hips!!

Congrats!! on the inches lost!! I'm still sitting around the 179 mark with some fluxuations back to 180-181!! I think when I get off work I am going to do some TaeBo!

What kind of eating and exercise habits does everyone have?

When I first came here, I had been doin' the Best Life Diet Plan by Bob Greene..

I just didn't feel comfy with PH. 2 and PH 3 of plan..

I bought all the biggest loser materials at amazon.com on sale {Book - Cookbook - Calorie Counter/Guide for $27}

I just love it!! I'm a big fan of the show as well. ;)

I had a slight gain and now I'm back to 174.6...

I will be takin' part in challenges, so this should 100% give me an added kick to start losing more and then the 160's club! :)
 
Joined the forum at 170lbs. I am 5'10 and started at 215lbs. Didn't even know this place existed until I saw it on google.

Anyhow, I started my diet at about 215lbs. It was because of a "Biggest Loser" contest at work. At the end of the two month long contest I won losing 25lbs and was down at 190. In the summer I had to have shoulder surgery to correct an injury from when I played baseball. Anyhow I bloated back to 199.9.. I freaked out, and started back running again.

I am now at 170, and am looking to get to bout 155-160, so I have about 15lbs to go. This is by far the hardest to lose. I have been at 168-172 for about a month now. I was stuck at 180 as well but upped the MPH on my treadmill, and started lifting heavier weight. My shoulder held out so all is good!

But I will stick with the 170 club until I know for sure that my weight will not fluxuate anymore.

It's funny we try so hard to get here and as soon as we are here we want out lol. I'll be outta here in 2 lbs.
 
I'm back here again. I was here about six pages ago and had left for the 160's. Since then i have gone back to the 180's and back here to the 170's lol.

hopefully this time is a short stay and go down the way and not back up to the 80'ss.

I was down to about 168, got back up in the 180's and now I'm back at 177 too!! :)
 
hi I'm 185-186 now, but I will be in this club within a few weeks!! I've been working hard and lost 10 pounds so far so you'll be hearing from me soon!!!!!!!!
 
Hey all, I'm at around 175 right now. I worked hard to get in this club but now I'm excited to get out..hopefully in about 2 weeks.
 
Hey Mimmi, Looks like our weights were and are running parallel lol. I didn't get to stay long in the 160's, got to stay ages in the 180's (as in months) and thought it was destined to be my home when i crawled my way back up there. I think even on the way back up i missed the 170's, i just went smack bam to 180s'. Climed up to 187 and eas very close to saying hi to everyone in the 190's. Down to 171.8 this morning so fingers crossed we will get to 160's soon. How are you getting on?

Angelica well done. Hope to be with you in the lower club in two weeks also.

According to doctor this morning i am 170 and she states i can go no lower than 152. Some horse poo!
