Club 160s

i've been seeing 168 and 169 at least half a dozen days this month so far. just made nearly 4 gallons of bone marrow/ vegetable soup yesterday so with that setting the major component of my diet for the next week or so, i can see me hitting the mid 160's soon ... maybe. dropping weight when within the healthy BMI range is no simple task. 165 is about the lightest i've ever been as an adult except now i'm nearly an inch shorter than i was in college. for my height (now), the 160's cover a BMI range of 22.4 to 23.7.

going to a sushi/ sashimi buffet for br/lunch today to stock up on Ω3's... let's see what that does to my membership ... :)
 
ok... my goal for this month will be to stay in the 160's ... at least for one weigh-in every day.

after a shaky 2nd week this month, i think i've finally got a good foothold on the 160's... still not a full-time member, but maybe by the fall...

have a feeling in July i'll be a 100% in Club 160...!
have to disagree with Three Dog Night, though.... 160 is apparently a lonely number, too... :)

well after a sashimi meltdown at Onami's a few days ago, i was glad to see the blowback being nearly undetectable. probably a good thing i still had a lot of soup left so for the past two days that's been my diet staple. overall it looks like i'm finally into the 160's enough to have an off day once in a while.
