I was really worried about my weigh in this morning! I went out for dinner and drinks last weekend and really overindulged then Tuesday I found a box of chocolate covered Ritz crackers at the store that I couldn't resist. This weight loss just tells me how much I was overeating before! Now if I can just make it through Thanksgiving.
