I was really worried about my weigh in this morning! I went out for dinner and drinks last weekend and really overindulged then Tuesday I found a box of chocolate covered Ritz crackers at the store that I couldn't resist. This weight loss just tells me how much I was overeating before! Now if I can just make it through Thanksgiving.

Oops! Forgot to weigh in last week,but I remembered this time. So far I have lost a total of three pounds. I wish I had lost some more weight, but any progress is good progress. :)


Starting Weight: 234lbs


Goal Weight: 220 lbs

I lost 4 lbs this week! Feeling a little more confident every day. I have been sick the last 2 days with the stomach flu, so I really hope I don't gain it back when i'm not sick anymore.

You all are doing so well!! I feel a bit ashamed. I haven't looked at the scale since Friday the 18th. Thanksgiving was a week long event and then my husband and I had a mini vacation in the city last weekend. So I'm back up two pounds! Since I missed two weigh ins I'll switch to Mondays and post today. Keep up the great work everyone. You're great for inspiration!
