AHey, if I can eat like a pig and slowly get back on track without a gain, so can you! I'm still cheating...just a little. Like I'm having a ridiculous 400 calorie muffin when I get to work, rather than a 300 calorie breakfast when I wake up. Lord, it's hard, but we have to keep pushing onward. I'm just so lazy.

AThis challenge sounds fun. I just joined today so I'm a little late. I will weigh myself every Monday and on Christmas day. I am hoping I can lose two pounds per week. For exercise I am going to use my Zumba DVD program and the elliptical during the week. On weekends I'll do Yoga or Pilates.
