ASo my Christmas Goal is 13 pounds...I know its not much...but I think its a very attainable with Thanksgiving...shopping...and our vacation in the middle of it all. So I am shooting for 175 for the end of October....170 for the end of November...... and 165 by Christmas day...hohoho...lets get the Christmas Challlenge a go!!! GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!!

I also want to join, I so desperately need help and encouragement. I have been trying to lose weight, over the last few weeks I have lost 7 lbs.

Don't worry Im in the same boat as you ate poorly this weekend haha! I turned into a monster...xD


Monday for me, so weigh in for me.


Oct-10: 104kg (229.3 lb)

Oct-17: 103.1kg (227.3 lb) -0.9kg (1.98 lb)

I actually weighed in at 102.2kg on friday then ate like a pig on weekend haha.... ohwell still nearly a 1kg loss for the week so I'm happy I'll kill some more fat this week, the war rages on!
