I dont know what happened!!! I was good all week!!! Totally bloody gutted :( I am never gonna reach my target now :cuss:

Well, I'll join in. Since there is only 2 1/2 weeks until Christmas, I'm going to set my goal as 5 pounds lost by then.

I know its a long shot, but I want to get to 150 by then...but 153 is gonna be my goal! if its more...whoohooo! if not...some loss is better than no loss!
 
wahaay just joined this forum, dont have scales here :p but my estimate is i was 16 stone 4 at beginning of nov, at end on nov i weighed myself in boots and it was 15 stone 9 and will weigh myself tomorro :) my waist started as 37 and is 34 now. i want to be 15 stone by christmas at least!!
 
Did pretty well last week, but I think this week will be worse. Had a bad calorie weekend. :p

After my unexplained gain last week i now have an unexplained loss this week so i'm pretty much back on target :) I only have 4lb to go and i am being super good, avoiding all the goodies at work etc. Hopefully i can have another loss and maybe even reach my target :) My official weigh day is on a sunday so my last weigh in will be christmas day.......Fingers crossed.
