Gym was extremely crowded today which I hate! Did back and biceps but, no real improvement on the weights. Went on to do 45mins stepper but, I have discovered a new problem....until the novelty wears off, I cannot allow myself to take my new car to the gym (its only a 15min walk anyway.) I found myself wanting to leave early so that I could go and drive it!! lol
Also, I think I must have "train with me please" tattooed on my forehead as 2 other people have asked if I want to train with them!!
Finally, I made some more protein bars today using a different recipe (egg whites, whey etc.) but, they look rubbish!! I've put them in the freezer to see if that can tease them into solidity! Hopefully, it won't be a total waste of ingredients. I wanted some with slightly lower carbs than the last batch so that I can eat them at night...fingers crossed!
