Chest and triceps today. Increased the weights on bench press both standard and narrow grip. My wrists suffered a bit even though my triceps were okay. I'm pretty sure that they'll catch up. Rest of the workout was good. 2 minute planks are hard though!!
45mins cardio afterwards. Was going to swim but, didn't really have the energy.

I must have been exhausted yesterday. I went to bed at 8:30pm and slept through til this morning!!! Still, that should hopefully mean I will be energised for the gym later on
