But if the shoulder thing gets worse and not better, you should go see somebody who can help you out !

..and don't be stubborn like me and still try to do a lot of crap with your shoulder and expect it to heal . Limit the weights and don't push it.
 
I will be careful with it and get it checked out if it doesn't improve. I have no intention of causing any lasting damage.

Did just over an hours cardio at the gym and then 20 laps of the pool. For some reason I'm exhausted now!! Early night for me I think.
 
Hmmm, shoulder is still a little sore - even needed a little heatrub this morning!! I'm skipping the gym today as I don't want to aggravate it (I was meant to be doing chest & tris today, my favourite :( )

Going to register with a doctor on Monday and see if I can get a referral letter to a chiropractor so I can get it on my private health care (which would basically mean it would be free).

Will probably head down to the gym tomorrow for some cardio and maybe a light session on chest and tris as I haven't trained them for almost a week and a half!!
 
Back on track this morning (finally!) Got up at 6:30am for a 30min cardio session. It wasn't so long ago, I thought 6:30am only existed in fiction! lol

So, with any luck, I'll be back in the gym later :)
 
Awful gym session tonight! Left work 15 minutes late and that was all it took - the gym was so busy when I got there. Usually, its the cardio stuff that gets busy but, tonight it was all the weights and benches. Everywhere I looked, there were groups of 3 or 4 people either sharing stations or waiting for them!! I seriously didn't fancy joining the queue so, did about 70 - 80mins cardio and then quit when I got shin splints.

All in all, a bit of a disaster! :(
 
oh crap! That sounds like a huge disappointment! I hate it when that crap happens ! Man, it happens to me alot in the evenings after work, its like a rush of people just stream in there and take over. Then you're there all like....hey....I was gonna do that ..and then you're like no problem I'll just do this then...then you turn around and there's somebody on that too! And not to mention how you kinda wait around or something and hope their done and they just KEEP going and going and take their sweet@$$ time!! LOL !

There is always this chick in there that sits on all the machines...like literally she puts it on the lowest weight knowingly that people are waiting on her to get done, and does like 5 reps and then sits there and then starts talking on her phone....and sits...and does 5 reps....and well you get the idea...
 
Yup, thats pretty much how it happens (apart from the chick on the phone, thats just plain rude!) First time I've actually skipped weights because of it though. Felt annoyed with myself afterwards.

Crowbarred myself out of bed again this morning (if I'm not careful, this could become my regular routine! ;) ) for another 30mins of fasted cardio. Going to try to leave work 10mins early today and see if I can beat the rush.

Then I have to go to a shop opening this evening and they will be serving champagne and I have no willpower whatsoever!! Ah well, I'm sure it won't kill me :)
 
Finally managed to have a chest/triceps workout last night - I could certainly tell it had been a while!! No chance of any weights increasing and I can feel it in my muscles today (its a good ache though). Still can't get used to decline bench presses, they feel very weird!

Did NO cardio afterwards as I had to be somewhere. Shop opening last night was not my kind of thing (way too many posh people in suits, lol!) - drank 2 glasses of champagne and had 3 beers so, felt a little 'groggy' to do any cardio before breakfast today. Back and biceps later on and I need to amke up for yesterdays lack of cardio. Tried a couple of deadlifts this morning - never done them before, technique was pitiful. Will keep practicing.

Its another bank holiday weekend this weekend but, I'm going to break tradition and not spend the whole time drinking!! I'll be visiting my parents on Sunday so, a large meal and some wine will be on the cards but, other than that, I intend to behave!! :)

dont u think u should stop this BFP thing now?u havent got any fats left IMHO,btw your waist is less than mine..atleast it looks so:D
 
Thanks Sadie, you say the nicest things :D As for stopping the fat loss, I haven't reached my goal of 10% yet so, I'll re-evaluate when I do (I would guess I'm a month or two away from that yet, maybe more.
 
lol - the secret is out!

Not such a good workout today. I ran out of creatine a week ago and, didn't think I'd notice the difference but, I think its time to order some more! Went for my usual dumbells for bicep curls and, rather than bashing out my 3 sets like normal, I failed on 8th rep of the first set and had to drop the weight! Skipped cardio for the second day running which isn't like me at all - I just wasn't in the mood.

I think its time to re-invent my programme - swap out all excercises and start from scratch. I need a new injection of enthusiasm!!
