I'm finding the low carb diet really hard, now I'm only eating carbs directly before and after training

Well I'm on 30g carbs a day (or less) with weekly carb ups on sat and sun and I'm fine. I don't notice it in the gym. Though it varies a great deal how your body handles it. Most people only feel they have less energy in the first week or so.
I think i should really be doing something like this, is it in aid to cut?
Just to let you all know, I am still training, it's just that I'm at my new job now and can't come on here much while working
My internet is up at home though so I'll post training details tonight
Tony: I did 3x30 sec Iso pull ups yesterday
Karky: The bit I'm finding hard is the cravings, all I want to eat now is sweets!! Oh, and all the places to eat round here sell nothing but sandwiches I have to make my own lunches in future)
I was going to post details of my training but I've forgotten most of my lifts now. I'm going to have to start writing them down in the gym
One bit of good news though is tht my gym hnow has 50kg DB's so I did some farmers walks with those
The new job is going well, a couple of nice looking ladies there too
I need to travel up to Newcastle next week, is that near you Tom?
