Cable flyes....................4x12................90

Push Press.....................3x8
Seated Row....................3x12................75

Lateral step up...............3x10
Bodyweight squat............3x12................60

Abs (my choice)..............2x10...............30

This is my routine for today, I won't post weights as I was forced to most of this on machines due to a complete lack of availability of free weights.

I did add in the lateral BB raise I missed out from yesterday and I can now do 3x10 at 44lbs with no shoulder pain which is cool, will up the weight next week
 
lack of free weights? why?
 
They were still there, it's just that everyone was using them. My gym generally only has one of everything so if everything is taken then you can either stand and wait or use the machines
 
that sucks. I like it how I take a squat rack and use it for like 30-40 min and everyone gets pissed because the have to wait to do their knee break quarter squats
 
Hey karks dont you know how hard you have to 1/4 squat to get hyoooge. You should let those far superior people use the rack man, quit hogging it.
 
titles are hard to come up with.. mine sucks :(
