Good luck on posting pics. If you figure it out I may have you help me. I am really bad at the whole computer thing.

Fluff, it wasn't toooo hard :D I just cropped my photo, went below (where you type your "reply") to additional options, "manage options" and upload the chosen photo from computer..... Unfortunately, easier than I wanted it to be:eek: LOL

well done posting your pic, i will re post mine here for a few days, i forgot that the competition was on a members only forum :(

Okay. So today is another of those "it rains then snows" days.... Snowball fights of yesterday were slush fights today  Chucking that cold wet stuff at the kids while waiting for the bus is a temptation I just cannot resist. :) Wouldn't it be awful to let such an opportunity pass!?!?!?!

So far this morning...

cocoa puffs
milk

A HUGE mistake!! I don't eat sugary cerals often as they make me shake really bad when they start to "wear off". Its like..... I don't know.... Being a junkie going through withdrawal!!! LOL I shake really bad and get hot flashes and weak in the knees, etc. I have to have a quick dose of carbs followed by protein. Yeah, well, my choice for protein this morning?

a chicken frank

Gee, imagine that! LOL Oh well, the rest of the day will be much better!!!! I will back (to see if I can live up to that! LOL).......

Hey girl,
Just popped my head in to see what's happening in your world since you stopped into mine today! Congrats on posting your pic... I did that too (at the very beginning of my diary) and it can be tough! It's good to have though cuz when you get cute and little, you'll have something to remind you how far you've come! Keep up the good work!
Oh, and I'll be over to do the bathrooms when I'm finished with NewLeaf's (might not want to hold your breath for that one!) LOL! ;)

Oh man Cassie, your diary fell to page two! That just won't due, will it? ;)

I know what you mean about being completely self-conscious about pictures, I hate having mine taken too, which is why I usually take them myself, and only headshots because I don't want to inflict anyone with my big ol' belly! :D Just keep your chin up, you've already lost 7lbs in the short time you've been here! In no time at all, the pounds will start slipping off I bet :)

BizeB, congrats on your loss! Wow I don't think I've posted in here very much, if at all yet. But my mental health seems just fine!! :D

Hey ya NewLeaf, thanks for the visit :D Ummmm the mental effects won't hit you until later... MUCH LATER...Just when you think you are safe ;)

Well. Today was a wash  I was doin' good until I heard the peanut butter cookies calling my name! They aren't just PB cookies. They have oatmeal, white and milk chocolate chips, and unsalted peanuts in them. They are the ULTRA PB cookies that I make for hubby. I think it's all Aunt Flo's fault. The cravings that I don't usually give in to scream louder when she's due to visit. And she is - soon. Ugh! Oh, well, I'll kick butt tomorrow and jump back "on the wagon" tomorrow. Okay, I'll step gently on so as not to send y'all flyin' :D Now that that mental picture has disturbed me....... LOL

Todays eats....

cocoa crispies
2% milk

chicken frank

turkey shepard pie w/ mushrooms

2 ultra pb cookies
2 chicken franks
1/2 C noodle bake

total calories for today.... 1415 ) 115 over damn it!!

only got in half of my water today :( (told ya the day was a wash!)

On the bright side, its "cousin day" tomorrow!! YAY!!!! She has to have grown since the last time she upchucked on me :D

tomorrow - another chapter for another day

Hey Bize! I will take that snow anytime! Then my children can stop whining at me about how unfair it is that they have never built a snowman! They would probably only play in snow for 20 -30 mins tops, then they would be looking to come inside where its warm. We are mostly big babies down here about real cold weather. Did I mention it was almost 80 degrees today???

I saw your pic. Its really nice! Good job on getting it up. I really struggle with techy things. I get confused really easily. My husband laughs at me bc I keep asking him the same computer questions over and over. I have trouble with the darn remote control for the tv. Now thats just sad.

Your PB cookies sounded delicious!! Noone in their right sense of smell would be able to deny themselves those cookies! Dont fret about it too much. You have such a great attitude and sense of motivation, you will completely rebound overnight.

Have fun with your little cousin tomorrow. Is she still a baby? My friend just had a baby....ohhhh...soooo little. I have three children....but somehow its easy to forget how so small they are when they are brand new!

Hey there Fluff :) I will send you some snow - GLADLY!! I get sick of it after a while, but even sooner this year since it hasn't really snowed so much as "slushed". It usually snows alot here, but this year, we get a couple inches of snow and then it rains. Or it rains then snows just an hour or two later. Nothing that really builds up - just enough to make the roads gross and dangerous. School has only been closed once due to snow this year, usually they have had 3 or 4 snow days. The only benefit to this confused weather! LOL

I hate having my pic taken - always have, but I really wanted to have something I could see the difference in. That pic isn't my starting one. I have to find my wedding photo to post - I was the same size then as when I first started to change the way I did things......

As for trouble w/ technology, belive me I have my share of problems! LOL I have been forced to learn b/c hubby won't and he gets mad at things easier than I do!!LOL One night, he got mad at the remote and chucked it. It hit the wall and shattered into quite a few pieces. I put it back together only to find that the batteries were low!

I like cookies but they aren't my favorite sweety thing.... That is reserved for white chocolate chips and rice crispy squares :p :D I tend to eat things I normally wouldn't (like cripsy chicken skin and hubby's cookies) when Auntie Flo is preparing to come for a visit. I blame it on her, but refuse to let her pack on the ten pounds she normally brings with her, darn it!!! LOL

I can have nothing but fun with Faith!! LOL She is only two months old and I haven't seen her since she spit up on me on Christmas day! LOL My aunt isn't much older than me (maybe 10-13 years) - it just seems weird to have a BABY COUSIN when you're thirty! LOL I can't have anymore, unfortuately, so I will spoil me new cousin and soon - to - be new nephew/neice and animals  The boys are WAY beyond baby and they don't really like to be burped - they like to do it on their own  LOL It might look really odd, too, to be seen rocking a ten year old to sleep! hehehehe

So far todays eats......

egg white
fake cheese
turkey bacon
light wheat bread w/miracle whip

chicken frank
laughing cow

to be continued..........

Awwww. Enjoy spoiling that baby today!! :)

I am not sure what my favorite sweet thing is. I guess its chocolate, pretty much in any form. I have to have some sweets in the house like cookies and ding dongs for the kids. But the one thing I havent let in the house since I started dieting is any form of chocolate candy. No M&M's. No Hershey Kisses. No candy bars. Nada. Nothing. I know I would cave and eat them!
The kids miss them, but they have enough other sweets to enjoy. I just have to do this for now. Maybe someday I can ease the candy back into the house. If not....well......at least they will have Halloween! lol.

Hey Cassie!
I'm so glad you got up the nerve to post your picture. I haven't been able to make myself to it yet. For one reason, I don't have many pictures. I hide from cameras (and camcorders) all the time! I do have a couple recent pictures that I will eventually post once I have a good "i've lost some weight and you can tell" picture! :p

I know what you mean about the baby thing. A few months ago, I was wanting another baby so bad I couldn't stand it! When I was pregnant with my third, my hubby and I had discussed it and figured three was enough. Right after the baby was born, he went in and solved the problem of having to worry about having another. For some reason, on the day he was doing it, I was sitting there thinking I didn't want him to. Oh well, too late now, I guess. He pointed out one day "YOU can still have one!" Can you believe that?!

Food looks good Cassie, and I totally know what you mean about doting on other peoples' babies :p I'd like to have some someday, but just not very soon. Probably in 3 or 4 years when me and Josh can actually afford to have one (in terms of time AND money).

Hi everybody!!! Just got back from watching Sprout... Man, I forgot how much work a teeny weeny baby is!!! LOL I think, by the time I left, my arms turned into lead and my legs into jello!!! Her favorite thing is for someone to hold her and sit on a body ball and bounce her. Yeah, well, three hours later I am exhausted!!!!!! LOL I loved every minute of it though :D It was a blast - and it reminded me that I am glad the boys are ten! Man, the thought of trying twins again is exhausting in itself! LOL

Fluff, chocolate anything (the real stuff) can be laying all over my house and it wouldn't bother me  Sis likes to tell me I'm not a real female since I don't "crave" chocolate  Maybe you won't even have to reintroduce that stuff into your house. Maybe they'll all get used to not having it around - okay, maybe not, but it was a thought! LOL

HH, I had to post my pic quickly before I changed my mind! LOL I just saw a pic of me when i was a senior in HS. That is my goal weight. I forgot how tiny I was then...... it makes me all that much more determined to get there seeing that pic (despite the big hair and glasses! LOL). Ya know, as much as I want another baby, I don't think I'd be able to deal with it as well now. Lets face it, I got exhausted after 3 hours in ONE DAY, this house is always hectic without the addition, and I'm not getting any younger! LOL I still think about it, but realize that it wouldn't be fair to the child. Oh, well, my sisters still having kids and maybe Auntie will have another! LOL

Beagle, if you wait till you can afford one you'll never have one!!! LOL The time thing is something to consider though. Will you do daycare or stay home with it? There are zillions of questions with no right answer but I am glad mine were a "surprise". I think if I waited until life was ideal then it would just have had to change again anyway, totally wrecking the "perfect" everything I had going on........ Nope, I waited till I was broke, unmarried, living with a friend, and had a sucky job! LOL I just do things differently!!! hehehehe THEN I got married 5 years later and a house and a better job! LOL

will be back later, BEFORE Biggest Loser ( CAN'T miss that!!!) LOL

Well the current plan is for me and Josh to both finish our degrees, and then get married the same summer (07). Then he's doing another 2 year after degree in education, and will get a job as a teacher (at a much higher salary for having two degrees!). So basically for the first two years, I'm the "bread earner", and then he should be able to make enough to support a family so that if we manage our money well (and so far we're doing good with no debts or loans to either of our names) I can stay home or maybe just work part time. That's "the plan" anyways :p We'll see just how well it pans out for real!

And just as an add-on, I'm not super dependent on chocolate either. I mean, its good tasting, but I'm pretty meh about getting it proactively. Mostly I crave the big carby foods like pasta and pizza. *drool*

Okay, the rest of todays eats......

turkey chili

chicken breast
romaine lettuce
asian dressing

today's total : 1290

I got in all of my water :D

Exercise: pilates and baby bouncin' & rockin' LOL (hey, that lead feeling in my arms and legs HAS to mean I worked 'em, right?!!! :p :D )

I certainly feel a lot better about how today went as opposed to yesterday. I even went and bought skim milk 'cause I got sick of drinking the cream that hubby got by accident (2%). it makes me feel better to keep the fat below 30% for the day! :D The ggod Lord has helped me through yet another day. Thank goodness. :D

Hi Paula :) One day at a time is the most I am capable of !!! LOL If I try to think beyond it too often I crack up!!! LOL Okay, todays going to be BUSY, BUSY,BUSY!!! I have to suck down breakfast and get the kids up in 10 minutes. Make lunches and breakfasts and usher in the neighbors daughter by 745 am ( its 720 now) . Then get the three kids out the door by 8 to the bus stop. Bus at about 8:30 ( I like to give them time to horse around with the others before they get on the bus).Thats when the fun starts, but theres too much fun to list!! LOL

Okay, breakfast this morning:

Turykey "chili" (no beans)
skim milk
toast w/ laughing cow

will be back to save my sanity later today! :D
