Hey Cassie,
HH is right, an accidental cheat is nothing to worry about. Neither is one planned cheat. At least you're not me this month, I'm a cheatin' fool! I also love mushrooms, I add frozen mushrooms to my frozen lunches just to make them that much yummier. I buy mixed fancy mushrooms since the most healthy ones are funny asian mushrooms like shiitake, maitake and oyster. There are a few other varieties that have amazing nutritional properties, but I'll eat any kind of mushroom. I like those little white button mushrooms too, and it turns out instead of being nutritionally void fiber balls (mostly they are) they also have a lot of B vitamins! Who knew? (wait, I knew ).
Whew, what a tangent... So what kind of exercise did you squeeze in to your busy schedule recently? Hey, speeking of squeezes, I did isometric holding exercises on the drive back from San Diego and my muscles actually hurt from it! I had a CD on, and for one whole song at a time I would activate a muscle. For example, hold my left leg off the ground (without propping it up or using my hands or some other cheater way) and then switch to the other leg for the next song, then press overhead with one arm at a time (each side & each exercise got one whole 3-5 minute song) in one position for triceps and another for shoulders. Plus abs (front & each side) back & lats, buns & calves. Actually I did each exercise twice (in rotation) so it took about 20 songs to do! I felt pretty good after that. At least it wasn't a WHOLE 8 hours wasted. Just 7 of them!
Whoops, another tangent. Have a WONDERFUL day please!
