LMAO!!! Nuthead, I'm here!! !I jhust don't have a lot of time :( I got up and already was behind an hour thanks to a power outage then tonight I had to grocery shop after work for both our house and the neighbors house - a 3 hour trip!

bad eating day - well all was okay until dinner but then was shot to hell (sorry but it really was - think BK :( ) BAD Toadie * sniff, snivel*

Laurel, I am NOT exercising as much if I look at specifically EXERCISING. However, I am busier now than I was. I used to be able to devote a few hours at a time to exercise. Now I am running two households and a full time job to boot :eek: I am finding it really hard to find time for my walks. I miss them so much! It was MY time for ME and now I don't get that until... well, when the kids are in bed and by then I'm wiped :(

MP, any info given is NOT a bore. I like learning and so far its things I haven't known or not known enough about so go for it :D I don't mind you adding your "two cents" - hey, every "penny" counts!! :D

Gotta run - hey, Nuthead, Have I told ya how much I missed ya ???!?!?!?! ROFLMAO!!!! IF not I definitely do!!! :D :D :D:D
 
Oh, I miss you too Nuthead! Did you get the PM I sent about that? I've already told you about the BK so not even going to go there again. Lol! ;)

LOL He eats a pint of ice cream or a dozen cookies every night as a "snack" and doesn't gain a pound!! That is just too unfair! I keep telling him that it will catch up with him, but since he's already 44 and has been eating like that all his life I really don't see that happening - that dog! :rolleyes:

So far today.....

egg white and spinach omlette with ham and LF cheese
1 kiwi
skim milk


Tae bo for 25 minutes ( can't wait until I can switch tapes for the 45 minute version LOL)


I have to remember my water, though......

My name is Beth. I'm also 30 with 2 small kids, 14 mos and a 6 YO. I've been doing Tae Bo Total Body Fat Blaster and Cardio Fat Blaster (2 pak of dvds)since February 20th of this year. If you are having problems remembering your water intake, fill a 2 liter bottle (gatorade bottle) with water and leave it in the refrigerater and just sip on it all day long until it's gone. I know what you mean about skinny husbands. Mine goes between 125 -130 lbs although he does have a health condition that makes him this way. We try and keep the pounds off of him but somehow they find their way onto me....Hmmmmm. Well, Good luck and keep those pounds comming off no more than 2 per week, otherwise it's unhealthy.

Hi Beth :D thanks :D I have learned to carry a liter bottle (or two! LOL) with me at all times and now I get 3 liters daily :D Right now the scale is in its hate mode and being evil so I am trying all the harder :D Oh, DON'T get me started on skinnny hubby!!! LOL He just ate a WHOLE PACKAGE of cookies!! And here I sit typing and sucking water :rolleyes:

mornin' all! :D Well, I got up at 430 this mornin' :D Much better than 6! I don't feel so rushed and, I admit that I don't know why, I feel MUCH more rested then when I get 6 hours (I got 5) :rolleyes: I may also end up hitting the hay earlier tonight but oh well! LOL

Today is a new day, last night is forgotten (the bad stuff anyway). I will watch myself carefully and not eat rotten :p :D Have NO idea where that came from but its on the screen so it stays! LMAO! YUP. TPI! (Temporary Peanut Insanity!:D)

Picked up healthy goodies last night when I grocery shopped (now I jsut have to hide 'em from the kids and hubby!!!) so I have good eats for a bit :D

Off to hit some diaries and then EAT!! My tummy doth grumble too loudly! :D
 
Good job on the healthy shopping Cassie! What did you get? I know "busier" means less time & energy for exercise, but try to work up a sweat a little more, even if it means kicking up the house cleaning a notch! Have a great day please!
 
Hi ya, MP :D Busier DOES mean less time for exercise, but I try to make what I do count. Housework gets done on "speedy" or "speedier" as does everything else I am able to speed up without accidents :D As for healthy shoping, I got a LOT of Quakes mini rice cakes ( I LIVE on those when I have a craving for chips and/or sweets), tons of fresh veggies, whole wheat pasta, frozen berries (mmmm protein smoothies! :D) - you know, the standard "diet" options as my hubby refers to them all :rolleyes:

SO far, so good today :D
I had a smoothie for breakfast a turkey chef salad for lunch and 2 liters of water (working on my third) :D OH YEAH! REALLY early (about 5am) I had 5oz fresh mushrooms sauteed with a small zuchinni and turkey keilbasa w/ hot sauce :D MMMMMMM Yum! :D

gotta run - neighbor man needs dinner soon! Will be back later :D
 
3 litres of water a day! :eek: I'm in awe! I have trouble with the water thing, though I'm starting to see Jelly Belly's posts when I close my eyes.

My cravings are usually for chips so I might try the mini rice cakes. I don't think we have Quakes here but something similar. Thanks for the tip!

SG, I have a little trick that helps me get in all the water :D At work we aren't allowed to have drinks in with us so... every time I go out to use the potty, I drink a tallk glass of my water (after the potty! LOL), the more I drink, the more I potty, the more I drink, the more I potty - a vicious but helpful cycle :D Hope you have a good night :D

Good way to get in all your water! I always knew you were a creative thinking peanut! :D
 
Cassie, I'm back! You can stop worrying about me now, I know you were (probably not, but I'm here anyways!) I forgot to tell you, that one time that you sent me a message over AIM, I was logged in on my cellphone and forgot to log out before going to bed, and you are up like 5 or 6 hours before me, so when I picked up my phone the next morning I had such a sweet and supportive message to read! I never said thanks for it, so I'm saying it now, it meant a lot!

people at work must think you have a really small bladder. ;)
 
hey cassie! been a while, i know :) HOpe things are going well for you~ I leave for vacation on saturday, but I'll definately see ya when I get back :)
 
Haha nice trick for getting the water in, my work are usually quite understanding about drinking on the desk. I usually have a bottle of water with me when I'm working and just fill it up as need be.:D
 
Hey Cassie,

What a healthy girl! I like Quakes too, but it's such a fluf food I only eat them when I'm really craving chips or caramel corn or something like that. They totally satisfy the craving. I also use a lot of frozen berries (fresh right now because they're abundant, but when they run out I switch back to frozen) and thaw them & then pile them on top of an un-buttered frozen (then toasted) whole-grain waffle. Super yummy, and very light!

I'm hungry now...

Nuthead, when you wrap chocolate or spoon it by the teaspoon into molds, you have nothing to do but think - lets face it, neither take brains! LOL It was kinda deja vu, huh? :p:D

Bailey, I WAS wondering where you went to. I'm glad you got my message :D Nuthead is close all right - closer to the peanut bag every day! (you know, the looney bin? LMAO)

C, they get such a kick out of it! They they tell me I'm the only fish in the fish bowl ( there are glass windows that the customers can see into the main production room and we call it the fish bowl) :D You know, fish and lots of water?! LOL I know, I know, but we have to amuse ourselves somehow! LOL

Jess, in case I don't get to your diary before you leave, have a WONDERFUL vacation! I am SO jealous! :D

Crunchie, I am not allowed to have any drinks since it is a food handling area that I am in :eek: It is a precaution in place due to the fact that one tiny drop of liquid can seize our 250 pound pots of chocolate and cause it to be waste. Not so good! LOL

MP, I just can't take a lot of fat and sugar anymore. They make me feel really sick :eek: Quakes ARE fluff food, but they are better than chips :D Wait til you see the smoothie I made for breakfast! Double Yum! It held me over for almost 5 hours without even an urge to nibble!!! LOVE it!



Food for today:

LF potatoe salad (yup, for breakfast) with hot & spicy pickles
Turkey kielbasa w. sauteed fungus :p:D hehehe

Tropical smoothie ( Lite coconut milk, frozen berries, OJ, fiber powder, protein powder, flaxseed)

turkey & swiss on whole wheat tortilla w. lettuce
apple

chef salad w/ turkey, parmesan cheese and a TINY bit of italian dressing

done! no chews after 7! woohoo!

LMAO!! Yeah, I AM right with ya! :D At work since we can't say the "p" word (peanut) they tell me I'm popcorn! LOL The nutfree version of Nuts! LOL
