I have finally broken my three hundred plateau ...finally ..... lol
I weigh 295 now ..
I know its not much ...but I use to weigh 312 ... that was my highest I have ever been .. and I hope I never go back .. I hope I keep going ...and keep on a-walking and bike riding ... hiking is my next goal ... I did a small ..but arduous hike two weekends ago ... next weekend I am doing Mount Agamenticos ..supposedly there are rattle snakes up there ...but my bf really wants to go ...
so here we go ...another hike ...lots of water and gatorade ... but this weekend I am off to a fair ...where I will not touch a single piece of food ...we are going to a restaurant after and I will be ordering a good salad ... chicken ceaser .. my fav salad .. steak ceaser is even better ... and I will be seeing my friend I was with in high school ...we started being friends in elementary school and through time after high school ...we didn't click anymore ..around 26 ..long friendship to let fade ...but now we are best friends again ... she has two kids and has lost 250 pounds and is now at 150 .. I admire her ...
I look forward to reaching my goal ...
and I admire all of you ...

Thanks Mal. If I were you I would be bragging up a storm!! 150 pounds lost is nothing to sneeze at. You go girl, that last 70 will seem like a breeze I bet.
Since its a special occasion i'm going to take the oppertunity of a brag
As of this morning i have so far lost exactly 3 stone, down from 15'6 to 12'6
Thats also an inch loss of 36" jeans to 32" and im now in 'small' size tees.
Broke through my plateau and have lost 7lbs in the last 2 weeks.
Feels great seeing those numbers on the scales!!!
Only 2 goals left, 6 more lbs by first week of july then 7 more after that and im done completley
Well I actually had the energy to go walking, after I said I would take a break today. A break is not what I need... I need to do this ...
and I feel good I walked for forty minutes today ... which this route I usually take fifty five minutes to walk ...
So now I have to come up with a harder walk and longer walk ...
Ive gotten better in the past few weeks ...except for the ice scream I was eating between this past weekend and today ...but I am going to work off the two pounds I gained from not even worth it ...sending my sugar levels up ..ice scream
and I ate at night, but if I do awake to eat at night .. I have apricots in the fridge ..which taste so damn good ..
well i wanna brag about some people here that give me inspiration every single day, especially mal, deb, cerelly, val, britta, sophie, juli, steve and all of you other wonderful amazing people here.
and if it wasn't for all of you i would probably have given up months ago. i'm bragging because i met you here, i brag about you all to all of my friends, i brag about all of your accomplishments, about every little goal you make...i brag here because you're my heroes
I finally have a gap between my thighs when my knees are touching!!.... Well when I lie on my back and stick my legs in the air. Gravity lends a hand but that's ok right?!!
Just got back on the forum after awhile and noticed that wishes, curvy girl, cannon and Mal are all doing incredibly well. I will also give myself a pat on the back for getting back on the right path.
