i looked a few months ago at the ww info. when one of
my friends tried it.
i would not be able to trust it though.
at least not using the freestyle system
because the free points foods are deceptive
since when is a banana (nearly 100 cals. depending
on the size u choose) a calorie free food and an egg of at least
70 calories?
a person could eat their 30 points and free points
foods and they arent getting the 1500 calories its supposed to be.
i understand why they did it that way but that doesnt make
foods calorie free.
but having aid that i know it helps alot of people.
(btw my friend did not end up liking it)
so i guess its not for me anyway

That’s ok and I agree with you lots on the free foods. Just thought a support class system might help. I tried lots but for me I hated eating “ points” lol . I have tried every diet going I guess at one point in my life . I think I’m happiest and eat less when I’m not dieting and that’s what I’m learning now .

2 chicken breast didnt get the weight so im using
the dietician average of 75 per ounce and guessing them to
be at least 4 or 5 each breast so 10 ounces? 750

candy fudge 1170- yikes
 
honestly dont want to "diet"
but when i dont the weight just
comes on or back with more

im relaxing the efforts until NYE then
im deciding what to start on the 1st

i will read any and all tips and suggestions
about food and maybe choose some

i just dont know what to do anymore

I know I've said it before, but it bears repeating: there is no magical combination of foods that'll make you stop binging. Binging is triggered by your brain, not your stomach. What made you want to eat fudge and cheesies today?

im not sure if i know why
but one reason i eat "bad"
foods is due to a decision
to not not eat foods i like
to not just eat foods i hate
the problem is i still have
no control
 
Sounds sensible. Remember that link to the Fat Nutritionist I posted on page 4 of your diary? It´s about pretty much exactly that.

lost 5 pounds down again
probably water fluctuation
and the water grams that are held
with carbs we eat

im not after it to go down
as much as gaining better health
 
I think concentrating on your health is the thing to do. If you take good care of yourself, you'll very likely start losing some weight in the long run anyway but kindness to yourself and healthy behavior are way more important.
