20 minute walk outside yesterday
food yesterday--
1 cup veggie soup
1 fried sausage round
2 cups chicken gumbo soup
100 grams raw almonds
10 mini coffee crisps
water

im happy with the way it went
(rare for me to feel that way but its what it is)
 
yesterday 30 minute walk outside
and food i cant seem to remember

today has to be the bike
the conditions arent good today outdoors

Sounds like you need to record the food in a more timely way. Knowing and being aware of what you eat is important.

Keep up the good work!
 
Well done, blue on the 30 min walk. Maybe just recording your day in an ordinary exercise book might be handy.

cant recall my food again
so its time to start recording
it again

i have to bring my blood sugar down
its got out of control
im not sure why its gotten so high
i would think the increased exercise
time would have helped but it didnt
so im not sure what i will be eating
i guess whatever it takes to bring it down
and tomorrows a holiday meal again
which is going to raise it some more
(its lasagna) which i already knows makes
mine go very high regardless of any amount of
insulin i use
well it will be over soon
sorry i diverted off weight issues specifically
(but this illness and insulin use greatly affect my weight)
 
Your diary can have whatever focus you want, Blue. I hope you have a healthier new year & get your blood sugar levels down. I hope you can learn ways to lower your stress levels. Keep going with the exercise as I'm sure it will help with your mood anyway. Take care xo

That would be helpful, at least for a while.

I agree with Cate, you should not feel limited in what you post about. Anything you want to get off of your chest or talk about is fair game. Read the diaries of others, me included, and you will find lots of stuff that is not clearly weight issue related.
 
Not to mention that diabetes is very much food related. And awfully important! I hope having just a small portion of the lasagne with something high-fiber (greens?) will help your blood sugar.

coffee no sugar
and
i have went for a 30 minute walk

sugar not down but working on it
