yesterdays food--
pizza soup again this time i did measure
and i had 5 cups (eeekkks)
2 slices of bacon
4 sausage patties
1 slice processed cheese (my nice person calls them plastic slices)

10 cups water

15 minutes on bike

this mornings weight--
259.8

1 slice processed cheese (my nice person calls them plastic slices)
:rotflmao:
I sort of agree - but sometimes they're just exactly right, to lay a neat slice over the top of some hot, just-steamed cauliflower, and it melts all by itself, very oozy and delicious. (Plus it's easy to work out how many calories in a slice, for calorie-counters.)

food today--
4 cups macaroni n cheese salad
1 timmys breakfast sandwich

no bike
11 cups water

dear diary

i havent been meeting any of my goals lately

one reason is that i dont see any results or improvements
another is im still hungry even if i eat way too much
so it seems fruitless to try to control amounts and no weight
comes off anymore without coming back

so ive decided im just doing what i want no rules
they dont work anyway

todays food--
3 paninis 610 cals. each
1 cup family made sausage soup (never know cals. on family meals)
1 can chunky soup ? threw away can
2 cups strawberry soy milk 280 cals. total

8 cups water
0 exercise

my dream menu for today would have been--
2 cups strawberry soymilk
1 can beans
2 cups veggies
1 cup shredded cheese
2 tbsp peanut butter

Well surely if you try for a week and don't see results nothing you can ever do could have an effect...

i agree
so i will try a week again and see what happens
since im not looking to affect my weight (as it never lasts)
what can i be looking for at the end of the week?
what do people hope for?
what would be expected?

Depends. What do you want to achieve? Not binging? Eating some veg every day? Moving 10 minutes every day? Doing something that makes your body feel good? Saying something nice to yourself? Decide what would be important to you and how you might achieve it. Plan what you want to do each day to work toward your goal, then check in to see if you're doing what you planned every day.

:iagree: with LaMa & could not have said that any better. This is your life & this your plan. Work out what you think is a sustainable, realistic, achievable & hopefully enjoyable plan & then start working towards it. It has to be doable for you. It's you that matters :grouphug:

hi
im still here
but was hit with depression again

i like the idea of a daily goal
its small and not so long term
and overwhelming

maybe i choose my bike for 10 minutes a day
and making my water goal of 12 cups a day
just for today

i will try to check in later
to say if i made it

i made my goals yesterday

today will be to try
to eat 1 cup of fruit
and 1 cup of vegetables
with whatever else i have

today i nearly made my goals
i had the 1 cup veggies
but the fruit
wow
no one ever told me how awful
raw cranberries taste
i even gave in after eating 8 berries
and put 1 teaspoon of sugar on them
but still horrible
so i ate about half the cup
does that mean i never made my goal?
lol

im still thinking on what i can try tomorrow

Hey Blue, sounds like you did real well today!
