so today i found someone different to go
shopping with
my food for today--

3.5 cups lettuce carrot cabbage salad 45
3 tbsp dressing 240
half cup salted and unsalted sunflower seeds 435 (mixed salted half in half with unsalted to reduce the salt)
and a family member brought me a huge amount of
leftover bacon
8 cups water
i hope to get 4 more in by bedtime
but that's going to be a challenge

but i did too much shopping and began bleeding from the surgery
last month
so i have to make sure to take it easier
i guess thats why im not supposed to exercise yet
if plain leisurely walking did that!
 
Hey bluehat, I'm glad to hear that you found someone to go shopping with, but I'm sorry to hear about the complications from your surgery! Take it easy and take care with your recovery
 
That's definitely why you shouldn't be exercising yet. At the same time: food is important so nobody can blame you for going shopping when you had the chance.
 
I'm glad you got to go shopping, but that really does show why you should not be exercising. I hope you recover well & get to be healthier & more active again in the not too distant future, but meanwhile take care of yourself, xoxo

Oh and 2 pounds lost somehow
 
I could just go for some hot chocolate right now... Ideally with more chocolate to dip into it. I love semi-molten chocolate :drool5:
 
incredibly sad
with a headache that wont quit
me n the mean person
decided to give up on trying to make
even a friendship work
so im just sad
its like having to leave the man
all over again
its like a new loss

If someone is mean to you consistently then that relationship is not going to be good for you at all. I hope you can build up your emotional strength, bluehat. You deserve to be treated kinder.
 
I can understand you're sad (I know I've hoped for things to change and finally work even when really I knew they never would and it hurts to give up on that hope), but in the long run I really think you'll be happier for it. Hugs.
 
family meal--

baked cauliflower n cheese
fried green beans n onions
roast beef n gravy
2 lemon danishes
1 hot cross bun

1 hot chocolate with heavy cream 160

and working in the other 4 cups before bed
 
How was your day, bluehat? Have you recovered a bit from your shopping trip?

the day was fine
im sort of recovered from the shopping trip
but i keep having to go again
not being able to keep much food here
so i get sore all over again
 
today--

1 hot chocolate with heavy cream 160
possibly a can of ham 210
if i feel up to it

12 cups water hopefully

no shopping today
 
1 peppermint tea(no calorie thing on the box)
2 tbsp heavy cream 100
beans 494

later--
family made
fried brussel sprouts in sesame oil with sesame seeds on top

12 cups water
 
If the tea is made with only peppermint leaves the calories are so close to zero as to be negligible. I love sprouts!

highly unlikely but i can try
i do drink whenever i get up to use the washroom tho
5 to 6 times a night so maybe 1 cup there?
