Eating 1200 calories all at once would be tough! I can't really imagine it.
Sorry to hear that you are still unable to exercise--i hope you can get back to it soon.

Any suggestions on when to drink my water?
I find that if I drink too close to 5pm I can't eat much. And after I eat I'm too bloated to drink. I already get up frequently during the night so idk when it's safe to drink any.

When you are thirsty... But if you are not drinking enough even when you are not. Drinking water with your big meal would be good. I find drinking mine earlier in the day keeps me from getting up too much in the night.

Hi, Blue. Try sipping regularly during the day. Drinking plenty of water will help your kidneys to flush out excess fluid. I know it sounds counter-intuitive. I must remember to drink water in winter even though my body isn't calling out for it. I feel much better when I do.

So today starts my 1 can a day plan.
This might solve some bloat. Most of my can choices are 1.5 to 2 cups in size.
This solves counting calories, carbs, cholesterol, salt, fat. It's too overwhelming counting all those. Because surely 1 can won't go over my goal and health limit numbers. Such as 1500 mg sodium, 50 grams carbs. I find that 1 can is usually one days sodium recommendation for a person with high BP. Mostly it's more tho. But still within normal recommendations. Plus there's less to 'fall' out when my body rejects the food.

I totally agree--I often don't feel like drinking water but make myself and it has helped me get into the habit of drinking more.

Been invited to a family 2 night tent camping trip. I really want to go. I don't know what to eat.

Do I fast for 2 days?

My body is still fighting me on foods I eat. I kept a list for 1 week and there is no consistency, no ryhme or reason to when it rejects my food ( the runs badly) for up to 2 hours after eating. I'd never make it to a washroom- sometimes I don't at home either. :(
My family suggests potato chips for meals. They literally have never bothered me!! But cauliflower, potatoes, pasta, meats have. Along with most other foods.
So is it fast for the trip or eat potato chips and hope? Maybe park our chairs outside the washroom after I eat at 5?
Please help me. I really love camping.

Fasting for 2 days does not sound like a good idea at all. Chips or crackers would be preferable to nothing. I hope you go & I hope your stomach allows you to enjoy it. Sipping on water during the day is a good idea whether you're thirsty or not.

I hope you can find a way to enjoy the camping Bluehat without having to worry. Eating whatever works best for your gut while away from the ease and comfort of your own home sounds good. And if you have an accident it's not the end of the world...I know I get stressed about stuff like that but it's your family and I'm sure they would just love to have you out there enjoying yourself!

Yep.
Mine is omad.
My friends is omad.
My daughter's is omad.
My sister's is basically calorie reduction. One to 2 meals a day.

The one losing well uses omad.
The one staying the same uses omad.
The one using calorie reduction goes up and down.
Me I gained a few recently. On omad.
We didn't plan to use omad. My friend was already and so was my daughter.

Sooo
I'm on a 500 calorie omad plan now.
2 cups of nearly anything I choose is about 500.
I'm hoping this helps my bs, my bp, and cholesterol. Weight loss would be a bonus.
The 2 cups amount still bloats me a little but I can't go any less without more eating times/meals. And it's a can of food.
