B-it might be nice to have a comprehensive list of the No items you've mentioned all in one post? Just an idea. I dont think I rememebered seeing the alcohol on first post and if someone didnt read through they might miss that.

Man I hope the challenges dont get harder as time goes by, you're a drill instructor :reddevil: in another life perhaps!
 
Alcohol was in the first post and will be the hardest for me. I love a glass of wine in the tub at night. Geez, I sound like an alky!
 
Yup, I went back and edited the first post to include it. Basically, no sweets, junk or fast food. No sugary/calorie-laden or alcoholic beverages.

This is going to be very hard for me, too, everyone. Don't think it won't be. God knows I love my chocolate!! :willy_nilly:

Just remember, it's only one week. :D
 
Good thing I purged the house of the Ritz Crackers last night!!! I ate a whole sleeve while watching Hairspray. LOL :smilielol5:
 
Oh almost forgot also had 2 of those :blush5:*HATED*:blush5: 100 cal packs of Lorna Doone Cookies. Man I hope I can go a week w/o those things! Actually I know I can !!! hahahaha

French fries that you make yourself--meaning you take the potato and slice it up and bake it is ok. Frozen ff's you buy in the store are not ok unless the only thing listed under ingrediants is potatoes. :)

I mentioned rice cakes before--they are ok to eat this week. :)

Bella--LOL! You are too funny. I drank an entire bottle of wine while watching Hairspray last night. Haha--just kidding! I ate a Dove ice cream bar and about 3 mini peanut butter cups while watching the Fiesta Bowl instead. :D

Hey I love football as much as next superfan chick but with my new hours at work I never get to see the games anymore!!! BooHoo!
So I never have a clue who is doing what. Doesn't make the games nearly as exciting.
Though I did catch the IU/Iowa Basketball game last night. Man what a nail biter!!!

Yay! All the tortures start again!!! Can't wait! Actually this is a very easy one for me. I don't eat any junk as part of my every day diet. I only eat them when I decide I have been good enough to treat myslef. So I think one week without treats will be easy for me. I plan to post all my menues in my red team topic for the whole week and if anyone decides something was a junk I will give up my points.

Today is my birthday so I am only having a small peice of cake, but I am glad it fell before this challenge got started. I personally can not celebrate my birthday without cake:party:
