I love the biggest loser but I read a story about how the contestants will take diuretics before the weigh in to drop more pounds and that they would exercise for like 6 hours a day without drinking water so they would not put on water weight I hope it is not true because I always saw the biggest loser as an inspiration but I admire those who lose weight the RIGHT way.
I assumed that was the case, you gotta cut that water weight before weigh in just like the pro wrestlers!!
I would be doing the same thing if I were on the show, last chance weigh in is the way they sweat off a few pounds right before they hit the scales.
