20to10 - Yah, a whole stone gone! Hope you get under 200 for next week's weigh in. Go Brown team!!!

In the UK we've just finished American Season 7 - it was awesome. They've put on Australia's biggest loser instead, but I'm just not getting into it so far. For one thing, they weigh in in kilos - I've never got on with kilos - much prefer pounds or stones. Hope they put on another US season soon - or a UK one. I never watched Britain's biggest loser when it was showing...

18 feb 91.6kg/201.94lbs
23 feb 90.8kg/200.18lbs

weekly loss: .8kg/1.76lb or .87%. Sad effort but I really did work hard!!


SO CLOSE! It will just make this week's weigh in that much sweeter.

Had a decent week myself. Started the week REALLY strong, but had way too many high sodium meals along the way, ack! Picked it back up on the back end of the week, and weighed in this morning at 286.2, which is a net 2.8 pounds down, which is ~ 1%. Last week of Feb, end on a HIGH note!

Tell me about it! I keep waiting for that too! Well not so much 5 lbs, that's more like an improbability! But I keep hoping for 2-3 at some point!
 
Had a decent week, could be better! Did 30 minutes on the eliptical and Jillian Michaels 30 day shred last night for my last chance workout! I think that was the only thing that saved me!! lol

Current Weight: 178.0 lbs

Lost 1.6 lbs! woo hoo! At least I didn't gain this week!

hehehe ok not as much as I hoped but at least I didn't maintain for the third week in a row. I'm excited and feel it's the push I need to get back "on."
Too bad we lost members. But looking forward to welcoming new blood :seeya:

Anyone know how to reset your ticker PIN if you forgot it? I'd like to update mine with my whole pound of weight loss this week :D

I had really hoped to get under 200 this week but at least this means I've lost over a stone! 14lbs is a stone!


Whoo hoo!! You can do it 20to10, get under 200 by next Tuesday! I believe in you!!!
