Had a bad night last night, i got drunk as f**k and feel like sh1t today!

Just couldn't wait till the weekend, huh? :D Nah, it's cool, I'll likely drink to forget tonight as well. Just don't cop out of lifting, if today is the day.

Flat DB Press
1x10 (143lbs) - 6 on my own
1x10 (132lbs) - 6 on my own
1x8 (126.5lbs) - 6 on my own

Arms got tired quick with these. Lifting more weight though ;) Its the 143's that take it all out of me.

Incline BB Press
1x10 (121lbs) - 8 on my own
1x10 (132lbs) - 6 on my own
1x10 (110lbs) - 6 on my own

For the reps i cant do, i just do a slow, controlled negative.

Decline BB Press
3x10 (121lbs)

Was *****ed by this point.

Situps
3 sets near failure on 3 different stations.

DB Flys

DB Curls

Feel MUCH better with these.

Reverse BB Curl

Cardio
3/4 of a mile, with a sprint finish.

Im feeling so much fitter already, i need to run longer and harder. Im loving this running :D

Lifting was ok, definately getting better at pressing.
 
Just some thoughts:

Lately iv been really thinking a lot about sprinting. Im curious of what i could run 100m in, and id be curious of how much faster i could get.

Then last night was a 1.5 hour long documentary about all the new, up and coming sprinters in England, and thats made me wanna do more sprinting :)

Im guessing you cant just go to a running track and do your own thing, i reckon you'd have to be in a club, or pay or something.

Anyway just some thoughts of mine.

No, but I hear you. I was into running big time, just not doing it lately as I want all my food intake tp go to putting on muscle. I would do sprints, and they are exhilarating, totally cool.

Then I was just like, hey, I wanna run a 6 minute mile. So I did. It was rough, but felt good. So yeah, just keep on keepin on amigo.

Friday was a great lifting day for me. Squat went up 20 pounds...I'm comin' for you T.

Squats

It felt great...I think I'm finally getting back into the groove with squatting. I know, I know, weak numbers, but I'm getting better, and that's what I like. I really just felt strong this time, not weak kneed like before, with just 155.

Dips 5 x 5

BW, 10, 25*, 10, 10

Not so good on dips. Couldn't even finish my set with the 25 pounder strapped on. Damn.

Pullups 5 x 5

I suck at pullups, as usual. ****!

Bit too much machine work there, not usually me. The gym was packed though and didnt have time to be waiting.

Cardio
Me and my mate did a lap of this course we have. We timed each other, and it soooo killed me. I really dont know how far it is, its fairly far.

My time was 4m 18 secs. I was soooo f**ked after this.
My mates was 4m 49 secs. :D I killed him.

My aim is to get it under 4 mins, which i dont even think will be too hard. Im so unfit now, i will find 18 seconds, i no it!

- After that we did 5 uphill sprints to finish it off.
 
Nice, looks like you are holding up your end of the keeping lean part. I think I'm up a few pounds, which is okay, I just don't wanna get blubbery. Damn the blubber.
 
Yeah I will after I check it tonight. It's gonna be high today though, since I know I'm holding a lot of water weight. Too many gin and tonics last night...ugh.
 
Gin & Tonic is worth the extra lbs.

Gin is a fairy drink. IT'S MADE FROM TREE BARK, AND TASTES LIKE IT.

I much prefer the elves' honey mead.
