Arms got tired quick with these. Lifting more weight though
Its the 143's that take it all out of me.
Incline BB Press

For the reps i cant do, i just do a slow, controlled negative.

Im feeling so much fitter already, i need to run longer and harder. Im loving this running
Lifting was ok, definately getting better at pressing.
