Had to do this first because all the pullup bars, and deadlift areas were taken!

2x3 (narrow) - spotted

Man it was warm today, i wasnt as good at pullups today as i didnt do them first.

Deadlifts
1x15 (132lbs)
1x5 (264lbs)
1x5 (308lbs)
1x10 (176lbs)

These were so hard, the heavy ones because it was so hot and sweaty i couldnt get any grip! Also i was really bloated and with my belt on i just couldnt breathe.

3x near failure on 3 different stations

1x10 (66lbs)
1x7 (77lbs) got 4 myself

DB OH Tricep Extensions

Run roughly half a mile, followed by 6 uphill sprints.

Nice workout :d Loving this running. Were planning a long distance run on saturday, maybe 5 miles. Which is a lot to me at this point.
 
Haha yup. People at work can't believe I eat the same thing everyday. Variety for me just creates problems. :D

Nice workout indeed, good stuff. You are just beyond me in deadlifting. A couple weeks ago, I upped my final 5 rep DL set to 285, then last week up to 295...I am skeptical that I'll be able to stack on another 10 pounds today...just didn't eat enough to grow at all.

A 5 mile run would be awesome man, if you get that done, you get props from me...if it's done at a good pace, of course. ;)
 
Hahah, sorry, I was going to post up the ones from last week, but I just got lazy. Normally yesterday would have been my first lifting day of the week, but I pushed it back to today to recover from all the bumps and bruises I got cabrewing on Saturday...:(

Then my dex/whey, and all was good. Changed the oil on my gf's car, and I want to kill a mechanic today. Anybody who does their own car work here will likely know how stupid ****ing oil changers just insist on using an impact wrench on the drain plug, and tightening the oil filter to a ridiculous level. ****sucking mother****ers.
 
Nice DLing MMW, my grip suffers aswell. I haven't been DLing much lately so i need to get back into it. Im gonna try hard to not let you get better than me since we are similar :D

I want to aim for a max in the near future.

With the DB Press is the weight per DB?

Thanks buddy, DLs are definitely my best lift. I might need to throw in some farmer walks on Fridays to help my grip strength. Oh, and I'm gonna pass you up homeyyyyy...I maxed 315 a few weeks ago, and now that I can do 305 for 3 reps, I'm confident I could shatter my old PR.

Yeah, so 100 pounds, then 110, then 120 for 3 sets. Meh, not great, but I like this lift, and I think I'm going to improve quickly. Just 2 weeks ago, I couldn't even finish one set with 120...
 
Nice nice. It's funny how we are very close in some lifts, but in others, you blow me away. Haha, it's all good.

Oh, and I'll be waiting to see how that DL attempt you speak of goes...mwahaha.

Hopefully it will be next week, id rather do it when im training on my own, so hopefully it will be then. :D

I know what you mean, so much of a DL max is mental preperation it's nice to not have to worry about failing in front of a gym full of people

I've done all my oil changes myself for a while. I haven't had to deal with it for some time. But I was pissed last time I tried getting a filter off after a place did it. I actually crushed the filter and I was totally ****ed. Took me a whole day to do an oil change.

Yep, yep, yep. I called her and made her promise me she would never take it to a shop again, lol. I did it for her 2 oil changes ago, but for the last one she said she just took it to the shop because I was busy and didn't want to bother me...sweet gal. I told her it's MUCH more of a disservice to have me do it after some greasy butt***** has ****ed it up.

I was worried I wouldn't be able to get it off. Drilled a hole in it, jammed a screwdriver in there, but the ****er was on so tight, the screwdriver just tore through the metal and wouldn't turn. I might have to post up a pic, now that I have retrieved it from the neighbor's backyard...:yelrotflmao:

I bought an IROC camaro a few years back and it kept overheating. After much frustration I figured out the dumb **** who owned the car had wired in a toggle switch to the radiator fan. Apparently the temp sensor went bad and instead of fixing he rigged a switch. What a ****tard. LOL
 
Hahaha, wow that's a good one. Wtf though, if I recall correctly, the temp sensor when I had my 5.0L was like 5 bucks and was in plain sight on the intake...haha, some people do some funny ****.

Yeah it was an easy repair. That car was sweet I wish I still had it.
5.7L tuned port, 5 speed, racing chip, flowmasters. I could beat vettes unless the guy had a stick and know what he was doing.
