Your still pulling some good lifts with the DL's. This just means you'll be stronger next time :D

That makes me feel better, thanks brotha. I gotta make myself have a better run next time! It's just my damn grip. Do you use anything...belt, chalk, straps? I have straps that I've never used, and was considering using them in my next DL day.

I use gloves, but all they do is help my skin from not wearing away!

If your going to use straps id only use em for a max lift, otherwise its going to do nothing to strengthen your grip.

My grip suffers aswell.

Damnit, yeah you are right that it wouldn't help my grip at all...would likely just cover up the problem. It just sucks, can't hold the ****.

Damn, it had been a few days since I rode my bike last. That **** is the bomb, feels so good to bike, especially at night.

I rode my bike, cause I didn't wanna hike.

Why not just spend a day working on your grip? Like do plate pinches, Zottman curls, reverse barbell curls, etc. and that way you won't feel like a girl using straps for all your lifts? :p

During yesterdays workout my back with the f**king DL's, it was hurting. Its weird because sometimes my back is fine and sometimes it hurts when i lift. (Lower back BTW), So basically i couldnt go all out.

My back was hurting after the first set, so i didnt wanna push it any heavier. I really hated them today i felt so uncomfortable. Im wondering if its this belt i have aswell, as its really wide and it makes me bend over in a really unnatural motion. Also it stops me breathing when doing DL's. Its making them more than twice as hard.

3/4 of a mile with a sprint finish.

Getting much faster at running, i had so much energy at the end, i just blew my mate away. :D
 
Also, im excited to weigh myself on saturday. I feel iv done well apart from the saturday drinking, which will always be there anyway.

I just hope im under 223lbs :D
