Ok little session last night.
Legs/Abs
Squats
1x12 (132lbs)
1x10 (220lbs)
1x3 (286lbs)
1x10 (220lbs)
The 220lbs is getting so much easier, i've got a couple of new mates starting out and was getting them to squat properly. Getting them at least paralell. Im sick of seeing people not even going paralell. Im probably one of the only one's at my gym that i would say squat properly (ego coming out here) but im serious!
I should of gone for 5x286, i'd of done it i reckon as well.
Leg Press
1x12 (352lbs)
1x6 (528lbs)
1x20 (264lbs)
Finished with some Leg curls, Calf Raises, some ab work, and 10 minutes light cardio.
