That is per leg, per dumbbell, just for you Tom...you know I like to inflate my numbers by doubling the weight and putting in the total reps, but I'll resist. :D

Man, I can do sets of 5 of these with up to a 35 pound plate...sets of 8 though, I was pooped after 3 sets, and I was only doing it with 10 pounds! Big difference...

Man, these are definitely the hardest rowing movement, and not very good on the ego since it's hard to move much weight, haha. Still a nice changeup, and my upper back is sore in a way I haven't felt in awhile.

I suppose my shoulders were already hella tired from DLs and rows, but damn I suck at OH pressing once again. I never did make great progress when I bulked, and now I am losing the gains...

Ran for 25 minutes, 3 miles, felt excellent.
 
The deadlift volume is good man! I dont know if i could handle that! You'll get there with the mili pressing. Do you do a mixture of DB & BB?

Very pleased. Before last week id never got 10 reps with 176, this week i got it with 181.5! Cant wait till im repping 220. Also 198x5 is a new PR. :)

Incline DB Press

1x5 (143lbs) -bit too heavy really only got a couple, plus i was tired.

Pec Dec Machine
1x12 (120lbs)

Skull Crushers

1x6 (82.5lbs) got about 4

Also did some pushups and some pushdowns on the cables.
 
Thanks man, yep it was definitely a lot, I was tired and wore the F out! I suppose I will get better with time at mil pressing, it's just a bummer now, haha. Yep, I do mix BB and DB, but I do BB more often.

Wow, nice job on the pressing...181.5 for 10 reps, that's awesome! You are making some nice progress on that, I can't wait to start bulking so I can catch your ass!
 
Dont know what was wrong with me last night. Felt so tired and really lacked performance. All i did were a few sets of squats, some calf raises, and 1 set on the leg press. Tried to run on the machine after, it just wasn't happening. Had no energy at all. Never felt like that before.

Anyway, running tonight. This fat WILL come off me! (one day)

It's aight, I have **** days sometimes too. No worries. I want this fat to come off of me too, it sucks. I'm down 18 pounds but I still have blubber all around...wtf.

Last night was rough. I was just gonna have a couple drinks of bourbon and brandy with my brother but we ended up going to the bar to play some pool. We bought Fuller's ESB, pints, and 2 guys we used to work with bought us shots...I believe I ate lots of chips and granola then went to bed...oy.

Erm....i think my last workout was friday, did my back. Didn't deadlift, my lower backs having trouble when i DL and its pissing me off. All i did was Rows, Curls, and some hyper-extensions.

I haven't lifted in a few days. Got into a fist fight with my brother over the weekend, it's all good though. Just trashed my left thumb, so it's hard to do most lifts...I think I'll go and do some **** tonight though.

Yeah, I think this is the only journal still alive in here? What happened to GOOCH and Chillen's journal? They started with a bang and then it just fizzled.

Haha, I don't know. Competetive **** talking just leads to throwing fists I suppose. If you have brothers, you know...we grew up fighting, sometimes it makes for a good time. Haha, no you won't see me in a wife beater, mine are are too small, so more likely just without a shirt period.

Well i haven't been keeping upto date. Last week i went for a 5 mile run, forgot to add that. It was hard and hillbound.

This week i've trained shoulders/bi's, Legs, and did chest/tri's last night. Tonight is another 5 mile run.

Will weigh myself at the weekend. I have no idea what im going to be! The lightest i've been up to present is 219 but i slacked and had my ups and downs so i really have no idea, although diet has been clean lately.
