LOL, because the simple fact was that my hand were literally ripping apart without them! Im going to try it though without them next time. Just to prove that they are the problem.
 
Are the gloves fat? I had some cheap gloves that were nice and thin, they were perfect. As they started rip apart I bought a pair online and when I got them, they were fat in the palms. Needless to say they suck.

Yea they are quite thick and i just think it totally ruins my grip.

Ermm about weight loss, i havent weighed myself for nearly a month. Im guessing i wont have lost much (if any) because for about 2 weeks (including my holiday) i was eating poorly and not consistent.

I will weigh myself this weekend though to see.

Okay, I did Kraken's method, and it definitely helped, I was pooped at 4 on the first set and it helped me get to 6. After that set, haha, I was already wasted. I got 3 on the next set, and his method got me a 4th. The last 3 sets I just did triples. I'll keep working on it, 6 is a new record either way I look at it.

Yesterday was my day off, i had a little drinking and sniffing session (yea im a bad lad) :) Feel OK, today. Not the best but im still going to go to the gym after work and just train shoulders. Wont be a long session.

Cant wait till Sunday :D

Yeah, give them a shot. I am making regular progress on pullups, and if this can help, I'm gonna keep it up. I wanna get good at pullups, real good.

Haha, you crazy mofo, getting nuts on Thursday. Well it's all good, I had a 40 and a J and rode my bike with my brother, it was great. Tonight going to my friend's bar, lots of good beers...Old Speckled Hen, Strongbow, Harp's, Guiness, buncha new ones too. Can't wait!

Of course I will be a good boy and hit the gym, and get all my food in.
 
Right tonight was weaker than usual (expected though because of lack of sleep night before!). Also im not sure if im placeabo'in but im sure that creatine is giving me extra reps. Weird thing was it got easier every set on the OH BB Press :confused:
Oh and BTW i trained on my own so no spotter.

Wasnt too bad, probably one of the best iv done, plus i was more tired than usual.

Standing Military Press SS With Upright Rows

3x10 (77lbs) way too easy

Was weird about the 99lbs, i was just bit too tired. Im usually much better than that. Plus i think the SS'ing f**ked me!

Seated DB Arm Raises
1x6 (16.5lbs)
2x8 (11lbs)

LOL, i was really poor on this, compared to when i used to do it.

Machine OH Press

Good workout man. I don't know your previous numbers, but to do 121 lbs OH pressing is pretty damn good. I was doing Arnold Presses which is different, but even 45 lb DBs had me workin my ass off. Oh, and get your hands healed up. I know I am glad I am off tomorrow and Sunday, I need the time. I'm gonna be sore as ****.

Nice man, i wanna see what you can do with Flat DB Press, so i can compare :D 70lb DB's on the incline is good, i dont know what i can do on incline DB Press really.

I think the next time i train shoulders, im going to do BB Mili Press first, so i can see where i am and what i can REALLY press OH.

Thanks for the props, I was pretty damn stoked to get the 70s up. On Monday when I lift next, I will do flat DB presses so we can compare. :D I think your numbers are pretty damn good, like 82.5 lbs per hand?
 
82.5 Yea, i think 5 reps is the most iv got though! And yea do your flat DB Press! ;)
