Today was first session after my holiday, i knew for a fact id be weaker. Not tooo bad though to what i thought. Im still very tired and poisoned with alcohol and cigs!

Understandable, bb, but some people enjoy making ****ies. Does tend to take up a lot of time, though, yeah. If she had anything better to do, this might be an issue. ;)

Weve been asking the bloke who owns our gym for a few months now, if he knows any decent places to start boxing or something like that. When leaving the gym yesterday he shouted us back and said 'how about cage fighting lads'.

F**k it why not :D He said we'l be doing boxing, grappling and some other sh1t that iv never heard of. Cant wait. Im prepared to be f**ked though as my fitness lacks!

Its £5 a session and £20 for a hardcore 1 on 1 session. Will just start doing it 1x week as lifting is my main priority. But it may change.

This cage fighting sh1t is on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 6pm - 8pm.

2 hour session will kill me! :) I was thinking of starting off going on Mondays and take it from there.

BUT, theres a problem. I dont get home from work till about 6ish, and then its another half hour or so before id end up getting there! So tonight at the gym im going to ask how i can work around this. Hope i can!

This was a nice way to get things started. I switched overhand and underhand on the pullups/chinups, felt nice to be able to do a couple sets of 4. No more using assisted weight on these.

One thing thats motivating me even more to lift, is that i went out with an mate from school who i dont see often. He's lifting some weight now (compared to me anyway).

He presses 110lb DB's, can rep out 220lbs with the BB. He deadlifts 396lbs for 3 reps. He's on creatine, im very tempted to order some today!

I hear ya, I got in my 3 workouts last week, but I drank too damn much this weekend. Didn't eat worth a damn. Good times were had though...:D

I've considered getting some creatine, but I just never got around to it.

Yea good luck with the workout. Iv just ordered some 'met rex' creatine capsules. Gonna give them a trial, i ordered 2 boxes. I hate seeing my old mates, so much stronger than me :D

Its good though because it just motivates me even more!

Also, all i get asked is ''HOW MUCH DO YOU BENCH!!!''

They are my weakest numbers aswell, so its not good!

About the MMA sh1t, i found out there's also a morning session on Sunday which is perfect! :D 9:30 in the morning, im going this Sunday.

Good thing about that aswel, is that i wont be able to go out saturday! Meaning less drinking, less money spent, improved health! :D
